Comfortable room, good value.

Clean room, comfortable bed, quiet location, very satisfactory room for a low price.

The air conditioner was fairly noisy.

Very expensive, in very poor condition. No coffee??

Facilities run down. No free coffee. Staff not friendly.

Did not have the breakfast

Room was not very cool when we arrived, The walls were hot to the touch and it was almost midnight before the room had cooled down enough to sleep and we had to get up and leave around 4:00 a.m.

if I hadn't been exhausted I would have left immediately

Hard bed, bathtub plug didn't work, water pressure was terrible, terrible decor, paper thin walls

if all you need is some sleep and a shower this place will saffice.

room was clean and maintained. if your just looking for a reasonably priced place to crash and take a shower this hotel will meet those needs. hotel has the standard amenities and vending machine for beverages and snacks. staff was friendly but not overly so. overall not the ritz but it served it purpose. it was located near several shops and eateries. and not far from the freeway.

beds were worn out, needed minor upkeep on some things. pillows and blankets could use an upgrade. the heater would drown a freight train passing by.

Not worth the $300 we had to pay! Will never stay again!

Room was at least around 85 when we walked in. The air conditioner wasn’t powerful enough to cool room down so had to go to Walmart and buy a box fan. No cold water for bathroom sink and very little hot water for shower!

Property old and worn down, it needs major upgrades, but it was clean and staff was great!

The staff. Very friendly and xceptionally accommodating. From my first call to the property to my interactions at check in and with a housekeeper, they were great.

Property was very worn down (although very clean for what they had to work with) As a female traveling alone , I did not feel entirely safe, although I did not experience any issues. I was very happy for the deadbolt and chain on the door. I was very VERY surprised that there was no coffeemaker in the room, and I have never in my life stayed at a property with no TELEPHONE!!!! Also could not locate an outlet to charge my phone except in the bathroom or by the microwave/ fridge which was directly across from that. No clock of any sort in the room! I worked in Hotel Management for 25 years and was just...disappointed in the property itself.

The rooms stank of dead mice. Electrical outlet broken. Lights didn’t work by the bed. The lighting was very dim. The toilet was very very low to the ground. There was no amenities. Just soap.

It was clean. The room was comfortable to be in.

There was an issue with the toilet. It was not flushing right. I thought it was going to over flow.

We're "seniors" so we probably will not stop there again!!!

(There was no breakfast.) We did like having a ground-floor room.

The location was noisy. The TV wouldn't work for us--had to call the manager in twice to get it to work. I wanted to take a hot bath to soothe my back but there was no plug for the drain--plus the tub didn't look that clean. And there was nothing for me to hold onto in the shower, so with a slippery tub bottom I had to be very careful not to fall. The handle fell off of the shower knob. The dark yellow/bright orange color of the room was a bit disturbing (not exactly soothing!).

it smelled was uncomfortable and the stairs have a huge peice of broken cement that almost caused me to fall down them.
