Up all night listening to drunken people fighting, I had to call the desk 3 or 4 times, and finally at 4 am the drunks left. So not a good time night.

I liked the location because my son lived close to the hotel.
The hotel is in disarray. They are remodeling and many things reflected that for the guest’s experience. First, many things looked run down and broken: lights, ice machines, doors, and walls and surfaces looked like they needed repair. The staff did not know where a working ice machine was. Left me as a guest to find it. Door on room would not take my card key most of the time. Had to ask for a new key 5 times. No coffee for guests at the front. Very disappointing.

The receptionist was very nice and knowledgeable. The hotel was close to the bowling alley.
Restaurant was being remodeled so no breakfast. My curtains did not close all the way so light from the pool area streamed in all night. Bed was too firm so sleeping was uncomfortable. Too noisy from the pool with people in there till 2am.

The close proximity to the airport was wonderful, especially after a late evening flight. The room was very clean and well kept.
It would be nice if the vending machines offered something more substantial than sugary/salty snacks (ie: sandwiches or even soup).
I arrived at the hotel late at night, and the restaurant was already closed.
Fast food isn’t everyone’s “cup of tea”, so soup and/or sandwiches would be a good economical option, and guests wouldn’t have to go elsewhere to grab a quick bite.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Sorted out a problem i had quick and easy.
Not enough staff in the dinningroom but i do understand covid has put stress on everything.

The location was great close to airport. The view of the city in early morning was very nice.
We stayed here because they had a nice restaurant which was closed. The first room we were in the tv didn’t work.

Location and price were good
The hot tub was over run with kids, no one being watched, saved a child drowning And no one even noticed. Hot tub full of kids garbage, cups and balloons. Not a single care.

Everything! Across highway with easy access to Airport. Free shuttle service to/from airport, at ANY time, including courteous service to/from restaurant and then to airport for late afternoon flight AFTER we checked out. (I understand this is only hotel in Minot that offers such extensive shuttle service).
Rooms were large, carpeted, quiet (very large facility)with attractive wood furnishings including a real closet and a very comfortable bed. Lamps without ceiling lights. On site restaurant (closed Mondays) had quality menu offerings. Super nice, accommodating staff. Thermostat & TV worked well.
We liked everything.

Breakfast had standard options and was good. Service was excellent.
Continental breakfast would be nice since hotel is more pricey.
The pool was freezing! Too cold for our little to swim, but we went during the week so maybe heat wasn't on? The hot tub was good.

Large room.
Did not have continental breakfast

The fact that there is a bar in there hotel is good and that you can have an adult beverage in the hot tub when unwinding from the days activities was cool
When I grew up in Minot this was the place to be but years of neglect and poor maintenance has turned this place into trash. The pool area ceiling was leaking and the bedroom bed was harder than a rock. I can go on for days about how this place went down hill but I will stop there

Outstanding customer service Understood I was stranded and allowed me to use my mother’s (with her permission) Credit card for
Security deposit’s because they did not accept debit
cards.
It was -5 degree weather I was stranded in North Dakota during the holidays. She basically made my day so much easy and allowed me to refresh
That you accept pre payments online but not the card

good location to the airport, staff was helpful and friendly
I didn’t see it stated anywhere that they now charge for parking if you are leaving a vehicle there when flying. would have been nice to have a heads up on this. as well the lot where they make you park is not regularly snow cleared so it was difficult to get to my car and out.

Hotel was conveniently located in Minot and had nice amenities. The restaurant inside the hotel had fabulous food and the pool/hot tub was a nice amenity.
When we arrived to our room there were still dishes left out from prior guests sitting right outside our door that did not get pick up until after our stay. The hotel is very large and can be a bit confusing getting to and from your room.
