Bed and pillows are absolutely comfortable, and there’s NO weird smell on the pillows, very comfortable!
The furniture in the room is very outdated, that would be my only recommendation to change them!

I loved the cleanliness and the bed. The staff was very helpful. The location wasn’t busy when I checked in. I absolutely loved my room. I would most definitely come back because it was very comfortable and spacious.
The view was whatever and the placement of the location is a little weird. I didn’t realize it was right next to another hotel so that kind of threw me off. And upon returning late at night there was something going on in front of the other hotel. It kind of reminded me of a swap meet so that was strange to me. They were bumping music and it looked like they were selling stuff.

I had a place to sleep
It was outdated. Smelled. Dirty. Loud bar in building. Had to be moved so I could sleep without hearing the bar music. Booked comfort inn and was put in building next door.

Location was key, right off of the freeway. Handful of places to eat in the surrounding area.

Some staff where nice
The Jets in tub filthy, Bathroom dirty, no cable for TV, the cleaning lady came to clean bathroom but clogged toilet maintenance came to unclog the toilet but left toilet juice on floor from snake that I had to clean dead bolt on room door didn't work, i put that I had a dog in my booking info the woman who checked me in claim the I didn't let her know and she didn't see a dog but I walked my dog right in and he was visible to everybody else and the cameras also I wasn't hiding my dog always walking back forth when I told her that she gave me attitude not worth almost $500 for two nights actually almost $600 and night because they charge $100 pet fee ridiculous while I was there a woman who was not staying at the hotel let her dog pee in the elevator and didn't even clean it up then they called me asking me multiple times if I seen the lady where the lady went what room the lady was in

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location was good, next to gas stations, in-n-out, starbucks... Hotel breakfast was basic but good in the morning. The parking lot is well lit and has cameras. Good place to stay one night if you are planning to drive into Mexico.
Shower clogged, tap water a bit smelly, carpet in rooms felt dirty, view of a different hotel straight out the window.

Both the pool and hot tub were drained. They advertised the day before that they were available. Very disappointing.

great location
the towels were hard and scratchy. Could have used fabric softener. May sound silly but they were disappointing.

I used this inn since it was close to Superstition Mountain, and had okay reviews. The area had a lot of eateries, which is very convenient. Comes with parking and breakfast, which is always a plus.
For starters, the lady at the front gave us a room that was still with housekeeping. The housekeeping lady stated that it was going to be 10 minutes. Why would they give us a room that wasn't ready? The lady also stated that "the pool closes at 10," but don't get your hopes up. The pool had no water.
In addition, when we asked to change rooms (couldn't wait because we had an event to go to), there was still someone else's food in the fridge that made the room smell. Worn down room, okay on cleanliness.
