Very relaxing staff was helpful,place was very clean,loved it AAAAA++

Breakfast ,,was wonderful. The staff was accommadating. The hotel was not far from the hospital, there was lots of nearby places to eat, the hotel was quiet and we enjoyed the pool a few times. The coffee and Latae machine was a nice bonus you don't see any other place. I highly recommend The Best Western Plus in Wenatchee, wa..

The fact we kept getting lost while driving around so getting back to the hotel was a beautiful sight and very relaxing, especially after a warm shower and a warm Latee. Beds were very comfortable, everything was right on!!! Very pleasant stay.JH

Overall nice stay

Convenient to access, front desk lady was super awesome and made everything easy.

TV was none functioning until Front desk lady came up and changed the code, that eas weird.

It was suitable for our overnight stay

It was easy to access and suited our needs. It looks like they are starting to update their facilities, new locks were being installed.

The breakfast area was dirty and the server continued to just walk around but doing nothing. She did not wipe down tables after use or refill without being asked. No where near as nice as some of the other Best Westerns we have stayed in the past.

Trying to represent higher grad than actually is. Not as adverised. Would not recommend for the cost

Strong chlorine smell Signage poor and elevator not clearly market Rug in hallways was unkempt and looked dirty Specified needed tub - staff did not know which rooms had tub - request not satisfied Elevator dirty AC in room loud Outside noise - outside of building Breakfast poor - regular coffee warm and only chemical based cream available

Satisfactory

Room was clean and comfortable and equipped as expected, requested a late checkout due to meeting schedule and was granted a 12:30pm checkout.

Requested a late checkout but staff couldn't find reference to it so they kept bugging my wife to checkout.

It was comfy,and the breakfast was good

It took 15 minutes for staff to come to counter to even check in,the hot tub had way to much chlorine, and I know for a fact it was not cleaned or even inspected correctly because I opened one of the drawers and found $8 in cash and like $6worth of change that someone clearly left for a tip...and also didn't have any TV and they wouldn't even give me some of my money back.and went to doctor and found out I got a bacterial infection from the hot tub as well

Fun and busy!

It was great but they need to check the fruit every couple of days. I found a rotten apple. The refilled things quickly and kept all areas clean. Someone should be wiping tables when people leave so we can sit down with a clean table.

the pool was a very chilly 42 degrees and sat after returning from a long day nine of my group’s key cards worked

The evening helper at front desk very helpful, nice, but the morning one was not, very inconsiderate

The breakfast was awesome and the staff that was there serving breakfast was real nice and helpful:)

We went for the pool, the main pool was not heated very cold, took grandkids and had to get out , to cold for them after a bit:(
