Great value in a clean quiet stay but could have had an improves air conditiong system.

the value for the money... the breakfast... and the friendliness of the staff.

I think the only thing that could have improved my rating was the hvac system.... we either froze or were hot. it didn't seem to want to stabilize the actual temp chosen.

Great place to stay while traveling to National Parks.

Great location for a stop between Zion and Arches National Parks. Friendly staff, nice pool courtyard area, great breakfast.

The hot breakfast was awesome and is so much appreciated . We choose a place to stay based on location and free bfast offerings. We have stayed here multiple times now and will continue to do so.

Affordable, but could use some work

It was affordable and in a good location. There is a hot tub, and the room was comfortable if dated.

The handicap parking was further from the door than usual, and the parking lot shared space with the restaurant. It was difficult to find parking, and then we were blocked in during the morning when trying to leave because of the food supply truck. The breakfast was OK. But the refills of food were slower than other Choice hotels I’ve stayed in. I had to wait a good 10 minutes for eggs to come out.

Great location

The staff that checked us in was very polite. We liked what they had for breakfast, I loved having hot chocolate available since I do not drink coffee. The pool and hot tub were indoors which was really nice.

Part of our room look liked it had not been dusted/vacuumed, but other than that, it was very nice.

Enjoyed Our Stay

Beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast consisted of a variety of food items--hit foods, huge cinnamon rolls, waffle makers, parfait maker with toppings to create your own, juices, cereal, etc. The employee was a very hard worker. She made sure there was plenty of food items available at all times. She made sure that the tables were cleaned after use. I really liked her positive behavior. She was a wonderful hostess. Also, the check-in staff at the front desk were pleasant, helpful and accommodating. The lobby was clean and inviting.

Upon entering the door at the side of the building where my room was located, I immediately noticed the stained carpet. The side door didn't seem secure but it did latch when I pulled hard on the door. While my room was relatively clean, the baseboards and walls could have been cleaner. Other than that, the hotel was quite nice.

Breakfast was great, large selection. Beds were comfortable. Pool, workout room, guest laundry all very clean.

We requested a first floor room since there is no elevator and were accommodated, but the room had a very musty, odd smell. Carpet a bit stained. We used a lot of Febreeze and made it tolerable. We found out the next morning that it was the "pets allowed" room. We should have been told. Glad we kept our shoes on.

Highly recommend- family friendly location, clean and tasteful

friendly staff, heated pool and spa. rooms were extremely clean. comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. refrigerator and microwave in rooms. laundry facilities available within the hotel at a cost. fresh cookies in the lobby to welcome guests! walking distance to big bear diner. breakfast was really good too!! highly recommend this family friendly location.
