Place was really quiet and appropriate for rest.
Continental breakfast a big miss. Nothing nutritious and limited food.
3.7
I didn’t try it out.
3.7
staff and location were nice
parking lot had some needed work. crack in the toilet seat that was uncomfortable if you weren’t carful. The shower was super slippery and the fridge would slip out of its spot due to missing piece of cabinet. the lock on the door was also broken. Was not worth the price.

Upgraded room because it was our anniversary
Breakfast
3.7
beautiful place surrounded by big red woods
breakfast only to 9.

Had a refrigerator & sink was separated from the toilet & shower room.
Needs painting & remove rusted lower closet track.

I liked that my room was not located in the main section. That meant no one was on a floor above me. The bed was comfortable, and the guy who checked me in was very nice.
I really didn't like the fact that it is falsely advertised that they offer free breakfast. When I asked the woman about it the next day, she gave me an excuse that corporate is in charge of that & that they haven't changed it. I told her that she could still do something about it by telling corporate that customers are complaining and could they remove it immediately. Because of this false advertisement, I can't make the best decision. I was thinking when I made the booking that I wouldn't have to worry about getting breakfast in the morning. However, that turned out to not be true and I had to go somewhere to get breakfast. If that were the case, I would've booked at a different motel. Be honest!!!

The woman who checked me in was very friendly. She was also proactive in calling me when I didn't make it in my assumed check in time.
The place is badly in need of a remodel. The room was very, very musty smelling. I would bet real money that there is mildew growing under the carpet. It needs to be ripped out and replaced. The furniture (desk chair) was broken. The cabinet holding the fridge, microwave and TV was all busted up. Really, I have stayed in much nicer rooms for half the money. The whole place is badly in need of a remodel.

I really loved the hospitality of the Danta Cruz local that works nights. He helped upgrade our room at no extra cost tp make sure we could be as comfortable as possible. Dont let peoples looks fool you. Tattooed everything looks as hard as a cement post but hes as soft as a teady bear. We will be back again.
What didnt i like? My only cpmplaint is that they dont searve breakfast. I feel like the hotels are blaming covid charging extra and giving less. If its advertised it should be included and this is a dishonest tactic. When you are travling i look for the breakfasts with my family from the hotel. It makes the cost more predictable than having to spend an extra $50 at the diner. How hard is it to searve some cereal or even a doughnut and coffee? When did America get so tight? Is it because we dont own any hotel chains anymore so we outsource our proffits?

the location was great as I had business in Ben Lomand
it was in need of deeper cleaning
3.7
The hotel is in a beautiful setting set back in the Redwoods.
Unfortunately, the power went out and we had to cancel our second night, but the owner only charged us for one night.
3.7
My bathroom window was wide open. My toiletries were opened and used. There was hair in the tub.
The beds were semi comfortable but the heater worked great

DANIEL AT THE REGISTRATION DESK WAS AWESOME. HE SHARED ALOT OF TIPS, SHOWED ME AROUND THE PROPERTY, AND GAVE ME THE ROOM I PREFERED. VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. ASH ALSO WAS HELPFUL AND ACCOMIDATING. VERY COMFY BED....SLEPT GOOD.
BREAKFAST DINING ROOM WAS CLOSED----COVID PROTOCAL. A BAG WITH SOME ITEMS WAS PROVIDED UPON REQUEST. POOL WATER WAS TOO COLD TO SWIM IN.
3.7
Surrounded by trees and peaceful setting.
Highway noise during the day. Younger front desk staff was not very friendly. She gave the impression I was bothering her when asking for more coffee. Everyone else was fine.
3.7
Fairytale setting, near the parks. Has a pool.
Run down. The furniture was tattered, old. You can’t walk on the carpet without getting black feet or socks. The carpets must be replaced. Advertised continental breakfast and nothing was offered.
3.7
Beds were very comfortable and room was fairly spacious.
Needs to be kept up better as far as repairs in bathroom.
3.7
Paid for breakfast got none
Cleanliness
3.7
Absolutely disgusting! Rooms are horrendously neglected from floors not being vaccumed, food stuck to the walls, holes in walls and doors, HAIR including pubic hair on shower floor, and stains left on unwrapped toilet paper from previous guests. HORRIBLE! For photo proof visit my and other unfortunate guest reviews on Yelp.

The property was nicely kept with roses around the pool and pool patio, as well as the patio area behind and below the check-in building.
I rented two rooms, #107 and #205.
I was not given a WiFi password, I was not told there would be no continental breakfast, or no daily cleaning of the rooms. I was checked in by the manager who the next day when I went to tell him my television didn’t work, he was more concerned with leaving with his family than addressing my comfort. He then came back 2 days later, and turned on the TV but didn’t fix the remote. I had no TV my whole stay 4-day stay.
1. It was a bit dirty in the common areas such as the stairs and the walkway in front of the rooms. A simple solution like watering down and sweeping or vacuuming the areas daily would do the trick. 2. The locks on the windows were flimsy and made it difficult to feel safe. 3. I was promised a continental breakfast and received a brown paper bag with a mini orange juice carton, an Otis Spunkmeyer muffin, and a fruit and nut bar that was smashed. The excuse was that because of COVID, this was what breakfast was reduced to. I had many friends stay around the area as we were there for a wedding and NO OTHER person received this treatment in any other hotel. Had I known this, I would NOT have chosen your hotel.
4. Room 205 had broken furniture such as the lampshade and the trash can in the restroom. The common areas are not wiped down, such as the doors, the headboards, and certainly not daily because according to the manager and the cleaning lady, they don’t clean the rooms daily because of COVID.
When I checked out, I asked the manager to compensate me for the inconvenience of having to go have breakfast as Spanky’s with my brother every morning during our stay and for not having a working TV during my stay. I’m not asking for a full refund, but I am asking for the money I had to spend on breakfast every morning because what I received was in no way, shape, or form, an acceptable breakfast from what you advertise. You could easily pair up with Spanky’s and include a breakfast there. Or Highway 9 Coffee.

Beautiful setting. Surrounded by huge redwoods. And there’s a crazy good coffee place about 500 meters down the road
Nothing

It was quiet. Nice location.
Too expensive. No breakfast.

No pool
3.7
no breakfast due to covid. Could have supplied a carry out but didn't. had to g for extra room coffee to office
room coffee needed to be supplied . had to ask for coffee for 2d day.
3.7
Location is what I expected.
The room had no toiletries, including no soap, I had to ask for toilet paper as the existing roll was almost out and I was staying 2 nights. There was open, spilled food in the refrigerator freezer compartment. In the morning, everything was locked up tight in the lobby when “breakfast is included”.
I realize this is COVID, but the website does not state that breakfast is suspended due to covid. We have traveled during Covid and the website either states there’s no breakfast or still says there is breakfast and then we have a “grab n go”. This was so rude. The office staff just made the excuse that it’s Covid. Then, CHANGE THE WEBSITE INFORMATION. I left after one night and lost the second night cost, and, another day visiting my family, but it was worth it not to spend another night there.
