stained pillow coverings and towels. house keeping didn’t clean my room. my keys constantly failed to work and I would have to prove my identity at the front desk daily. No receipt at check out. hand written paper signs everywhere.

That all the reviews I read were true. It was comforting to know that where I was staying would be clean especially since it was late when I checked.

Some things just need to be updated in the bathroom such as the toilet handle needs to be replaced but otherwise was very clean and comfortable

Exhausting. Usually we love it here.

We’ve stayed here before. It is convenient to our sons home. We were in town for his wedding. The hotel is always clean, safe, comfortable.

On the night before the wedding we were awakened by the fire alarm going off. We eventually realized it was the whole hotel - not just our room. There were NO announcements during the entire 2 hr long, 1am event. No one at the desk. No announcement or phone call to guests to evacuate or not - nothing!! When we eventually saw fire trucks and people starting to emerge looking down outside our window - we exited and still NO hotel staff in lobby at all to give info. NO information was forthcoming at all. It took forever for the firemen to eventually determine it was nothing but the alarm would not go off. Eventually the firemen said to go back in out of the cold and that hopefully soon the alarm would be off. Again NO comments at all from the hotel staff - in fact no one could find a hotel staff. No emails or announcements - nothing. About 30mins more of the alarms once we were back inside and it finally went off. Needless to say - we were a bit tired on wedding day morning! I would have thought all guests would have had some form of explanation, apology or compensation but nothing!

The manager and concierge were great! The room was clean although the shower head lacked pressure and sprayed all over. Breakfast was again across the street. Upon checking out..no one was available to turn on keys so we put them under the door. Also, no one available to receive breakfast vouchers from...we had decided not to be humiliated with the across the street process anyway...although the main reason I booked with Laquinta was for the included free breakfast. Just a disappointing experience. The ladies working there were friendly, empathetic, and It was a pleasure to do business with them in spite of the hotels lack of delivery of what was billed at booking.

Area was good but won’t stay here again.

The location was great for what we needed. The room was clean.

Nowhere did it say that the hotel was under renovation. There was one way in & one way out of the building which was on the end. It was very dark walking into it. Lady @ checking wanted to kind of argue with me that there was linen for the sofa bed in the closet. If there was I wouldn’t have come down from the 4th floor. The elevator gave you whiplash when it would go up. There were no hair dryers in the room due to renovation. The air on the room wouldn’t stay on even though we had it on high. Woke up 2 hours before daylight to a rooster crowing. Come to find out there was a house behind us that had chickens, lambs, peacocks & who knows what else. Not a great thing to be woke up to.

We had to leave our hotel and walk to the other hotel for breakfast because of the remodeling being done the our hotel. We we’re not told of this by booking.com

The condition of the hotel was a surprise, having to go the hotel next door for breakfast, the one entrance, the elevator not working on one occasion. A reduction of the rate would have been nice.

Waited 45 minutes at airport curb to be shuttled to hotel. Stood in line for 30 minutes to check in. Took over 10 minutes to check in each person ahead of me. Check in said 3pm, by the time I got to counter it was 330pm. I was told no rooms were clean/available at that time. I requested to cancel, called Marriott across the parking lot, was accommodated very nicely, took my family and walked across parking lot to check in with them.

Nice, clean, pet friendly!

Pet friendly and all the rooms are really clean

You can feel the chlroine in the eyes, only by being sitting next to the pool too much chlorine maybe was the day they give maintenence. Could be? The size of the pool is great.

Friendly staff. Clean facility. We were placed on the floor recently renovated. Unfortunately the hallway had no air conditioning...but room did so it was just really hot from elevator to room door. The new colors being used are very pretty. Comfy bed. Loved the detail of only having rug by bed only. I would recommend this place.

Very welcoming.

The staff was great. Very helpful we had a little trouble but got it all figured out. The room was big and bed was comfy they had just upgraded out room so had a 55 inch TV. Breakfast was good.i would recommend this place 100% and for the price. It was a great deal!!
