Worst day ever.

The place was filthy. The carpets were dirty. I only stayed one night out of my stay. I took a shower with a cockroach. There was pubic hair in my bed. And blonde hair on my pillow case.

HORRIBLE & FILTHY

NOTHING everything was a mess & nothing meet my needs

Everything was absolutely disgusting. Hall way carpets are absolutely filthy. The bed sheets were dirty with spots all over, the pillows had no covers on them and the hallway walls had all the pipes showing thru the holes in the walls and the numbers on doors were taped and written on paper 🤮 never AGIAN

Not as advertised.

Staff was very good fulfilling requests.

Sheets had stains, carpet would block door, carpet is old, looks dirty and is loose. In simple words, it doesn’t look like the place was kept up and has been let go of for a long time. There was no advertised free breakfast.

very worn down location, the chair was showing all it's stuffing in front, there was a very dirty carpet with a dry uncooked bean and someone's eyedrops under the bed, unvacuumed room, stucco over the fire sprinklers, hot glued fixtures ( lamps), and the first floor hallway and stairwells were very stinky (because of the carpets?). The pool was closed because of ph issues. We decided it was unsanitary to shower and have breakfast at this hotel so we left as early as possible to shower and have breakfast somewhere else. The staff were the nicest, though.

Absolutely nothing

The rooms were dusty and dirty, and no blankets breakfast bar was run down. Not enough of anything both days, the ice machine was down pool was green, not a sign in site stating it was closed. Not even when we checked in. In the second room, 104, it smelled horrible. The microwave was dirty like something exploded and hadn't been cleaned for days. The carpet was dirty, with no blankets

Thankfully we were only there for a couple hours due to an early morning flight

The poor guy working the front desk

Through booking we put in we had 5 guests. Once we got to the motel it showed we only had 3. They gave us a room with 2 double beds. We had to go downstairs to try and get another room. Nothing was available so we got blankets and our daughter had to sleep on the floor. We went to take showers and there was no soap, no shampoo nothing at all in the room. We went back to the front desk the guy said he would bring it and he never did. I will not recommend this location to anyone

The lady named I think Patricia was a super helpful hard working pleasant lady who was a plethora of knowledge and a fire chief in putting out problems as they arose.

It was an OK stay, they let us bring a small dog and the beds were pretty comfortable. All the staff were really friendly, specially the staff at breakfast time.

The hotel is kinda old so it would be nice to have renovation, our room had a lot of stains in the carpet.

building was old and run down. smelled bad as soon as walking in, room was bad as well. beds had a bunch of dirt and crumbs of idk what on the sheets. under the beds where gross like they never sweep under them. will definitely not come here again if I’m back in town.

Superb

Easy access to I10. Lots of food options nearby. Super friendly and helpful front desk staff. Really good value - decent room for really cheap. Nice view from my 4th floor room.

No fridge or microwave - it probably was advertised this way, but I wouldn't even think to confirm something like that because every room I've ever been in has had both. I'll be sure to look more closely next time. Front door sensor was malfunctioning, so I was told to pry the doors open manually to exit the building. Breakfast - I do appreciate having hot breakfast options, however the waffles were the only thing I could enjoy. Unfortunately, the rest of my plate was wasted.

Clerk was a polite person he did say if I need anything he would take care of it.but it doesn't fix the problem.

Have pictures beds cover like blood, whom ever use the restroom or used the water a terrible nose and had my computer lab top and phone no place to plug on the desk and the outlet was hidden 😑 a dead bug on the door jam on top and whom ever fix the leak ceiling mast had been a outside hired hand not good

very nice staff! Gilbert at the first front desk was terrific! Ray at the dining breakfast area was absolutely fantastic!

The bed that we had the first night that we stayed on 23 December 2022 was not a good mattress! It just needed to be replaced! Gilbert got us into the next king-size room on the following week that we stayed on our way back from Dallas to San Diego

I don’t normally have issuers with cleanliness. I am no neat freak. This place was not well kept for the brand. I have stayed at this type before and have always noted how comfortable the bed was and how well kept the place is. This one was like the roach motels of la Quinta. Nobody is overseeing any quality standard in room, hallways, elevator, basically everywhere but the front lobby was nasty. Never stay here again. And la Quinta has some quality control issues that I will be more carful now.
