Good location, great staff who I felt tried hard to do right by the customer.
Tons of deferred maintenance and the room as well as hallway carpets were filthy, almost as if it had flooded recently and not been correctly repaired or cleaned up.
Mattresses felt springy and cheap. The breakfast was a joke. Muffins and yogurt?…

I booked the hotel. Got charged. Arrived at 3 am with my family just to be told that there was no vacancy. We sleep on the side of the road for 3 hrs and keep driving. I did recive a refund after 7 days but it was not easy to get my money back. This is the second time booking.com dose this to me with the first time not getting a refund at all. I will never again use booking. Or ever recommend it.

They had availability.
Dirty and dated and we had stuffy/humid and smelly room. It was insanely overpriced because of Cheyenne Frontier Days. Breakfast ended at 9am during the week- way too early. The carpets throughout the building were disgusting. The side entrance door said it was locked 24hrs and you needed key entry- NOT true. It was never locked.

Room was not ready until 2 hours after our check in time.

staff was extremely pleasant and friendly. The bed was quite comfy, clean towels. Great water pressure
This place needs a TOTAL renovation. Cracked tiles, worn down bathroom, shower, the room smelled kinda funky, dirty carpeting in the hallways and room. the breakfast was not very good. Need more fruit, whole wheat bread, ; healthier choices

Friendly staff, next to the highway
As advertised by other guest, very out dated, somewhat felt unsafe, surprised about condition considering it was over $100 a night. Good enough for one night.

location
the room wasn’t very clean, we found beverages in the fridge that weren’t ours, a pair of someone’s glasses under the bed and hair in the shower

We booked a king room through booking .com....within a couple minutes the hotel called to let us know, the king room was filled by a walk in person. They offered us a 2 double room. We really appreciated the heads up, before arrival. It was a comfy room and place to stay. That's what happens when you book online with a third party and someone else walks in.

Stayed here twice now. Comfy, plenty of parking. I like it for its great value- no fluffy stuff, just a basic, clean room at a good price with free parking. Don’t expect anything fancy, the breakfast is meh only because hard boiled eggs a bit suspicious. Would stay again.
the brekky is meh
