Location was great for what we were there for, Tom was comfortable enough.
It's a pet friendly hotel with all carpeted floors. Wearing flip flops the whole time I was there I was bit by what I think was flea's.

Location
Very tired somewhat dirty, scary elevator that made a bad rumble as it traveled up and down. Breakfast was horrible with very little to choose from, what was there looked old.I was asked when We checked in if we wanted to our room serviced as we were staying Two nights and I asked for that, didn’t happen, when I pay that kind of money for a hotel I expect better!

The check in staff was very pleasant.
The room was in desperate need of some maintenance and remodeling. The doors and frames were disgusting. The ceiling had a crappy repair with different paint colors..the door lock was off centered so it was very hard to get to lock. The beds were definitely not queen size they were more like a full.

This property had an excellent location for attending spring training games and for food choices. There were many restaurants to choose from.

My room didn’t get cleaned while my stay

The location is great, near everything.
The room hadn’t been vacuumed very well- bits of the previous guest’s food and half a bottle of water in the fridge. Also if breakfast is served until 9, I kind of expect to find food I can eat until then. By 8:45 the eggs were all gone and they couldn’t make more because it was too close to 9. I’m gluten free (gluten sensitive) and eggs looked like my only choice but they were gone. So I had cereal that I thought I’d be ok with, but a couple hours later, I wasn’t. We were at the sports complex and then driving back to San Diego so that added stress to my trip that was unnecessary.

Great location, right in the middle of shopping and tons of restaurants. Bell Road and freeway access gets you to everywhere you need to go. We’ve stayed here twice. Dog friendly with grassy area and poop station! EXTREMELY QUIET ROOMS. We never hear people in hallways or other rooms…. not even water running. That’s unheard of in hotels!
Our inside door handle fell off, but thankfully it happened when we opened the door, so we were able to get out. They had it fixed by the time we returned to our room that evening. The mobility shower gets water all over the bathroom floor, and the hose hanger is really odd to figure out. But it all works once you figure out how to deal with it.

The place was clean for the most part.
No air conditioning in hallways and lobby as there were extreme temperatures outside around 118 degrees as well as ice machines not working either.

Location was great.
It was very warm in lobby/breakfast room but outside temperature was extreme (no fault of hotel).

Room was good size and clean. Staff was mostly friendly.
Common areas, hall, elevator, breakfast room uncomfortably warm. Ice machine broken on second floor. Juice machine broken at breakfast. No “cool” drinks, not even ice water available at breakfast, except $2 bottles of water in the vending machine.

I loved how clean the linens were.
I didn’t like how the Air Conditioner ran. I didn’t like how I had to request service to come clean the room every time instead of other hotels where they just do it without request.

The breakfast Lady on June 3 and June 4. Very nice, friendly, accommodating and smiling.
Room was not clean. Dust on headboard,TV’s. Carpet not vacuumed-debris found in various areas of the room, shower drain clogged not allowing shower water to drain leaving us to stand in 5 or more inches of water-dangerous, couch has stains and spills that should have been cleaned, one elevator not working properly. Also no water available at breakfast. Spoke to Asha at front desk and asked for someone to come and clean our room and fix the drain morning of June 3 and when we returned only bed and towels had been taken care of.

The continental breakfast was crap. They put out sausage patties, but only breads and pancakes?

Location is good. Staff assistance was great. Food was good.
Had a long walk to the room from the elevator. I am handicapped so it was inconvenient. Bathroom door was faulty- hinges coming out of the frame.
