Great value and location - would stay again!

This hotel was cozy, quiet and in a great location! It was also nice to support a small business owner.

Tiny room, nice locat

Room was ridiculously small for the price. The removed 80 sq ft for the stairway leaving the bed in a tiny alcove but charged full price.

Clean, comfortable, quiet rooms. Very basic breakfast. Poor price for value

Clean, comfortable, quiet rooms. Good location in Aspen. Ample street parking, though it requires payment during daytime hours on weekdays.

Breakfast selection was very limited, especially for those with food allergies. Rooms, breakfast, and amenities were relatively simple considering the high price per night.

It was good!

The place was good. The room was very clean and had a nice view from the balcony. The breakfast was simple every morning and it was good.

The wash basin was getting clogged in my room and I had to use the restroom outside to wash my hands everytime. That was inconvenient.

Superb

Breakfast was good continental breakfast. Excellent location just 3 blocks from Aspen Mntn, one block from bus stop for other ski areas, Snowmass, etc

We had a room near staircase which was noisy late at night a couple nights. The hotel might post a simple notice downstairs reminding those returning late at night to be mindful of sleeping guests.

cozy hotel walkable to town!!

the hotel was very clean and had some of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in. the location was perfect walk to town area so we didn’t have to worry about parking the car.

It was OK maybe for Aspen standards, but not for common sense.

It is a cozy-looking hotel, centrally located.

The room is extremely small. There is only a bed in the room. No chairs, no tables. Everything you want or need to do must be on the bed, there is no other space. The lighting is dim. Windows face the alley with adjacent building's windows, so you need to close the windows for privacy and be in this dim environment. Breakfast is rudimentary and starts at 7:30. So if you have to be somewhere early you would miss it. Not all, but some of the hotel staff are really unfriendly.

Great value in a quiet corner of downtown Aspen. Room was quiet and comfortable.

Quiet and comfortable room, we were so tired as we hiked to Aspen from Crested Butte and the accommodations were perfect for rest and rejuvenation!

Would never stay there again! Bookings.com and thur website do not mention no elevator. And the bad

Location was good. Overall hotel was clean as was the room

THIRD Floor walk up. Not good if you have a heart condition. Asked to change room. Said 2 floor maybe in 2 days. Bed was so close to walls we had to slide to the bottom to get out of bed. Ridiculous.

Clean, convenient, quiet hotel close to,downtown and mass transit.

it was a few blocks off Main Street so,very quiet. It had a very European feel. Parking is very limited and non-residents are quite likely to get a ticket for parking on the street. We were on motorcycles so we could squeeze in between cars on the gravel parking area. They provide a nice continental breakfast and a hot tub is on property. looks like it would be a cozy winter retreat.

Air conditioner was a wall “mini-split” type unit. Very efficient but dripped onto the desk all night.

Did not like that we couldn’t reach someone by phone several times when we called, and when we went to check out, no one was at the front desk.

I would absolutely stay here again!

The breakfast was just OK - continental, but free, so it was a nice option! The location was awesome - couldn't beat it, and the value for the price was great.

The rooms were very small - i was traveling alone so it was fine, but with more than one person it would have been tight. I didn't like that there was nobody on-site in the lobby after 8pm.
