I noticed a used q-tip under bathroom counter, which made me think they didn’t clean the bathroom as thoroughly as they should have.

Everything was clean, the staff made us feel at home. The cook needs a raise, he was amazing.

The staff was so friendly and kind to us while we stayed there. The facility could use a facelift, you could tell the hotel is aged and needs some updates.

Just the facility itself seemed a bit dark. Some natural light or some updates are needed.

We couldn't use the pool because it was not clean, the outside of hotel looked like it hadn't been mowed in months. Was never notified at checkin that pool couldn't be used.

The check in was quick, i noted the clerk asked my husband to come in to verify his ID. I appreciate that extra care., anyone could have used his credit card. This was a fantastic, spacious room, a comfortable bed and smelled like the room had just been cleaned. A note from hotel team was on the nightstand. Very nice touch.

Then I was able to get into my room a little early because I had a wedding at 3:00 and they had a room ready for me the staff was wonderful

I felt very uncomfortable in my room after given a key to the wrong room. Smh!!!!

The breakfast was good. The hotel was too far away from the wedding that I was attending.

I did not like checking into my room and given a key to a room that was already occupied. I put my key card in to enter room 209 and this guy was sitting on the bed. This was so embarrassing; I immediately closed the door and went downstairs to complain. The worker apologized and then gave me another room. Mistakes like that should never happen. Thank God the man had clothes on and not sitting on the edge of his bed naked. This Hotel would be my last option if I ever visit Angleton, Texas again. I was embarrassed for myself and him walking in the wrong room. Smh!!!!

A convenient Location

Room size, location, over all cleanliness of the room, facility, breakfast area was clean.

We had double queen beds, one of the queen bed comforter had a BAD SMELL and was a used one. I had to remove both comforter and the sheet and used a clean towel to cover. Since we arrive late at night, I was not able to get a fresh, clean one till next morning. I spoke with a cleaning staff and she gave me a clean beddings and told me that she will inform the front desk.
