Rymligt rum

The location is very close to Sea World and downtown.
The WiFi doesn’t work! Breakfast options are very small. The limited parking underneath the hotel, the surrounding seems a little sketchy with homeless people nearby. There was a homeless person who lingered in the parking structure and he appears to permanently camp there

The rooms are always clean, the staff very friendly and it is convenient for what I like to do.

front desk check in person super nice; shower water pressure is good
Looks like it is currently being renovated with inside desperately needing new paint, doors having tape with room numbers hand written on it. Location is sketchy seeing homeless people outside and right next to a cannibas shop.

They don´t answer emails nor booking.com messages. If you need any communication you´re in trouble.

The room and bathroom and lobby were clean. The beds were comfortable.
There were padlocks on the emergency exit doors. I was told it was to keep the homeless out, however if there was an emergency, such as a fire, people would not be able to get out of the building.
It was convenient for getting on/off the highway, however there were a few dicey areas around the building.

I liked the pillows. The bed was nice. The TV had a good selection of channels. The shower had good water pressure on the fourth floor. The front desk staff were very friendly and kind. I liked that they sold snacks and drinks. There were outlets by the bed. The closet was large. I liked having a fridge and microwave. The hairdryer was nice. The toiletry bottles were handy.
There seemed to be something that looked like mold in the shower. I wish there had been hooks for towels in the bathroom - we had to put our towels on the floor while we showered. I wished there was a mirror by the desk. The AC did not work very well. I wish they could give you a handout at check in with info on the pools, breakfast hours, and other things. I had no info on anything.

They provide free parking garage and the hotel location is not far from the highway. The staffs are willing to help you.
Their breakfast may not fancy but it good to have with its valuable price.

Nice size room, clean, bed comfortable.
The night shift front desk man was loud and kept us awake until 3am, despite calling him to ask him to lower his voice. We came close to returning home in the middle of the night. That man should not be working the front desk at night!!!

Stay was comfortable
Did not like the fact that the washroom basin was in the room instead of the toilet. Made it very difficult for us.

The area around is pretty ghetto
Room was next elevator (constant noise from
hall )
Our whole room physically shook (multiple time randomly through out my stay (not sure why )
Room floor was uneven in multiple spots
Breakfast was very simple and short window to get it

Clean room and friendly staff, breakfast was standard with enough options
Some areas would benefit from renovation; a strong smell of cleaners was present in the hallway;

When our TV would not connect to any channels, the front desk associate, Eric, kept trying different things (including contacting the cable company several times) until it started working. Also, the housekeeping staff cleaned the rooms very well.
Breakfast was pre-packaged foods that we had to prepare each morning ourselves. Store bought bread and waffles that we sent through a toaster, packages of flavored oatmeal that needed very hot water to cook (the water was tepid), and cereal in dispensers. The bananas and small containers of yogurt were nice, but the boiled eggs were ice cold (At least the attendant was nice enough to heat up the eggs for me when I asked her.)
Our bathroom was setup poorly:
1. The door swung in and hit the front of the toilet. That wouldn't be so bad if the door locked.
2. The sink encroached on the toilet so closely that my left hip was right against it. I had to tear off toilet paper before sitting down because the dispenser was attached to that very spot as well.
3. The handle to help an older person get into and out of the tub safely was hung between the back of the toilet and the tub, behind a trash can, and on the end of the shower where the faucet and the shower head were located. There's no way anyone would be able to enter that end without climbing on the toilet (the plastic lid would probably break) or moving the trash can and turning their feet sideways to climb in. (Someone would likely hit their knees or shins on the faucet entering that way too.) The sink top was made out of pretty marble, though.
The air conditioner/heater was noisy. It buzzed like a scratchy busy signal on the phone that also blew air out like the sound of rushing winds in a storm. Between that noise and the hard beds, we didn't sleep well. The room looked pretty though.
Also, the location was not great. It was in a sketchy neighborhood with an adult bookstore and sex shop down the road, homeless people here and there, and a Cannabis shop right next to it. Perhaps that's why one room smelled bad when it was shown to us.
