- Cheap.
- Room keys stopped working after 6 hours on the dot, every single day. Even after replacing keys they would still not work.
- Our room had 0 towels upon our arrival; and the person at the front desk claimed they could not give us any until 9AM the next day
- Upon our request we asked towels to be left in our room, they were not.
- Housekeeping did not come to our room to give us towels when we requested them; you have to get lucky and take them from the carts.
- You CANNOT get clean towels if it is past 11PM
- Booking claims the housekeeping is weekly, it is NOT, housekeeping is BIWEEKLY. There is an extra charge to have regular housekeeping
- Staff would often sit in an office away from the front desk; you could hear them playing games on a smartphone. Did not come to bell at front desk several times.
- Room keys could not access the outdoor pool.
- Female front desk employees were mean, male front desk employees were apathetic.
- The walls are paper thin so expect to hear the room next door as if you are sharing a room.
- Currently there are construction crews staying at the hotel (there is construction at the lot next to the hotel) and they are loud/mean. Slamming doors and sounds of physical fights. The front desk did NOT intervene and allowed this to continue throughout our 4 night stay.

Nothing
The rooms were very tired needs updating, we had cockroaches and other bugs in our room but because it was after six o'clock they said we had to pay for one night, we were tired and thought well at least we will get breakfast, what a disappointment, coffee and tea, and cereal bars. That's it. So if you're looking at staying here please think again it was disgusting .

The best part of this place, was having a bed to sleep in. The bed was nice and firm and the sheets seemed to be clean.
From the moment we arrived I questioned my choice of hotel. My Aunt had passed away and I didn’t have the time to really research hotels and had to book something quick. When I walked in the lobby to check in, there was a very strong smell of marijuana. The girl at the desk was hiding in the back room until someone rang a “doorbell” and she came out from the back. She was nice and did get me checked in fast. She said a lot of things, and fast. I didn’t know if I was going to remember all she said, and process it. There was no luggage carts to help you with all of your bags. I know that sounds picky, but when you have to make multiple trips up and down, it becomes a lot. When we got to the room, let’s just say, I was still questioning my choice at this point. There were stains on the rug, no. sheet or blanket for the pullout sofa bed, no dishes or anything provided in the kitchen area, the tv’s were on swivel mounts and would not stay where you needed them so you could see the tv, the shower head was about to fall out of the wall, sand was all in the tub (wasn’t fun when you want to get clean and you have sand on your feet), the water presser was nonexistent, we had to wear our shoes or sock the entire time we were in the room or your feet were black from the dirt, and we had to kill small roaches in the kitchen area. The breakfast, is horrible ( just grab and go muffins, granola bars or grits you put in a cup and only coffee, unless you got something from the vending machine). There were people smoking marijuana outside every time we walked outside (either right at the door or near it and the small was so strong). I never seen anyone at the front desk the entire 3 days I was at the hotel other that at check in. I seen more maintenance and housekeeping than anything. I will DEFINITELY not be staying her again.

Front desk team and other housekeeping/janitorial staff were wonderful.
Room was across from trash room. Roaches were present a lot. Also, windows in room needed to be secured. They were all unlocked and being on the ground floor that is a safety issue.

Really big rooms and very comfortable bed.
Cockroaches in the bathroom. Poor breakfast.

Room (suite) was spacious
There was no heat in my room and it was 29 degrees outside so it was cold. There was no maintenance there on the weekend. They offered to move me to another room but that seemed like a hassle so I just bundled up. Also it was very noisy, I could hear every step of the people in the room above me including kids jumping off the bed and running in the room. It’s right next to a highway so road noise was loud. I found a large cockroach in my room the morning I left and when I reported it they didn’t seem surprised. Poor amount of plugs to charge my electronics and no usb ports.
