Bom custo/benefício

A equipe do hotel é super simpática e solicita. O fato de ter cozinha ajuda demais reduzir os custos de alimentação. Deve-se pedir os utencílios na recepção. A localização achamos ótima. Cama confortável. Muitos falam da limpeza, mas acho ser algo cultural, já que nós brasileiros somos extremamente rígidos com esse ponto, mas achei a limpeza ok, bem parecido com o padrão de limpeza da europa, limpa-se onde o olho bate. A limpeza é feita a cada 7 dias, mas isso está bem explicado antes da reserva. Como a limpeza nossa ia ser feita na terça-feira e na quarta-feira pela manhã já íamos embora, pedidos para não limparem e atenderam nosso pedido. No geral é uma boa acomodação.

Ainda sobre o ponto limpeza, como expliquei, é ok pensando na cultura de limpeza deles que é diferente da nossa no Brasil. O quarto estava relativamente limpo, só encontramos um amarrador de cabelo de criança que deve ter sido do hóspede anterior, uns pelos na banheira e no segundo dia uma barata. No mais tudo certo!

The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. We could get additional supplies - such as cutlery, upon request. The staff was friendly, and our overall experience was perfect. Clean, convenient and affordable.

Room were clean and well spacious, with big fridge and stove to help to cook something as well. was travelling with a toddler, so handy kitchen was helpful. Staff was super friendly, and helped in every possible way during our stay.

Nothing Management she is very rude short lady with red 💄 and cruly hair is racist and a money hungry liar There is no hot water never will stay here again the tub was so nasty etc etc etc stay somewhere else.

for the price, the property wasn’t horrible.

room and hallways didn’t have the freshest smell, bathroom was clean but had residue on the tub, floors were filthy because when I wiped it with a towel the towel was black. could’ve been better but for the price it wasn’t horrible

Great stay

I did like the hotel. The rooms were great and some of the staff them selfs. The morning people really nice and there always there and always trying to help in any situation!!

I don’t like that there is grab a go breakfast. It really sucks they should improve breakfast. Also they should make check out at 12:00z

Nice hotel, farther from airport

The room was spacious. There are restaurants a short walk away.

The hotel was a lot longer a drive from the airport than the description wants you to think.

It was good, but I was hoping for better....

The room was tidy.

Check in clerk was rude. No hot water the 1st night. Black stains in the shower. Mildew and stale smell. A dog was barking for 2 nights. I wish there was a better breakfast selection.

Nice restaurants in the area. Close to the airport.

Beds were too small for us. Room for 4 people was not so big. Bathroom was small. Breakfast was not very good (to put it gently). Just some granola bars and oatmeal in a cup to pour in hot water.

the staff was very professional and the room extremely clean

the people in other rooms was smoking a marihuana and cigarettes was very uncomfortable I was with my kid, but this is not a situation of the hotel, the hotel and tbe staff are perfect, but the people in the moment that we went was the problem

Awesome sauce

The staff have been very courteous since my initial check in. Pet friendly and plenty of room to take your fur baby for a walk. Great options for dining and a night out as well. If you need anything dont hesitate to ask. Also a good place for people that are in transitional housing due to the size of the rooms and convenience of the kitchenette. I would highly recommend

I have nothing negative to say. Everyone on the staff have been nothing but wonderful. Great place to crash in a pinch.
