The location is wonderful, close to the many jewels of Cleveland with pleasant walking paths to museums and restaurants. The shuttle and valet parking are terrific bonuses.
All seemed well. No open green space but two blocks from the most beautiful outdoor spaces a city can have.
4.3
The facility was located next to a medical center where I went for a procedure. Free shuttle services were offered which helped take away some of the stress.
4.3
didn't like the parking situation -- valet. Not as efficient as we would prefer.

Clean, friendly staff
Air conditioner malfunctioning

Glad to find option for breakfast.
Had to pay for whole day of parking, although it's less expensive than other places around.
4.3
The size of the room. It was extremely neat.
It was extremely neat and after a long drive I enjoyed the huge bathroom
4.3
Fantastic location
The Priceline site said I had parking included. But upon arrival found the only option was Valet Parking at $25. Pricleline should refund this amount.
4.3
Proximity to Case Western University and dining options; the room was very clean, modern and comfortable; the lobby was modern and also had convenient sit-in and takeout dining. The valet staff and front desk staff was very friendly.
The only issue we had was during checkout was when I scanned my valet ticket to have our car brought around, it was confirmed but when I got to the valet desk they didn't seem to have any record of it so it took a while to get our car.

I loved the room. It was sizable, clean and comfortable. I loved the location of the hotel and it’s proximity to our destination. Every staff member (valet, housekeeper, bartender and front desk) was friendly and helpful.
Nothing

The rooms very modern and up to date, very comfortable.
Valet parking is the only parking option and a charge for the service is added to your bill. No luggage carts were available and the staff did little to remedy the situation. Whoops booked the rooms I specifically stated adjoining rooms were needed as we were traveling with my vision impaired elderly aunt. I told the man checking us in if this necessity but we were not assigned adjoining rooms. Upon going back to the front desk the woman found rooms for us. As she was checking out various options, one room was a suite. The man at the counter commented “you are giving them a suite?!” Rude to say in front of a customer. The restaurant was way oversold as being a restaurant. Very few menu options, the bartender was the cook also.
4.3
The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom and the shower were also quite large. The hotel was very clean and the location was great! The front desk staff were wonderful! We found the valet parking fee of $23/day to be quite reasonable and convenient in comparison to other cities we’ve visited.
There was a minor issue with the valet parking that was resolved quickly, however, some of the valet staff were not as friendly as the others. Also, the one dinner we had at the hotel was not particularly good.

The location was very good for our purposes...could walk to art museums and Little Italy. The breakfast was excellent. The room very clean. The lounge/bar/dining area was very pleasant.
Cars needed to be parked and retrieved by an attendant at extra cost plus we gave a tip.
Hotel shuttle could only be used for a 2-mile radius of hotel.
The bar was not open on our second night when we returned from an early dinner.
4.3
location was ideal for attending Cleveland Orchestra concert and dinner in Little Italy section of Cleveland. Property was clean and well kept up.
Breakfast was $51 for some avocado toast, coffee, and a scrambled egg breakfast for 2 adults and 1 child. Coffee maker in room is really a joke it makes a mess if you just want hot water for tea bag (not supplied in room) or some other thing you may want hot water for.
4.3
The people were very nice and the room was clean
The TV was outdated and flashing different colors there is no parking and they charge you to park it's required and the breakfast was way to expensive and wasn't that great it was a 5 dollar breakfast for 50 dollars
4.3
It is in a fantastic location, an easy walk to Little Italy and Case Western Reserve. The desk clerks were helpful and friendly.
Complimentary coffee in the lobby would have been welcoming, I can't remember the last time I stayed in a hotel that didn't offer that. Coffee in the rooms, though.
