Staff was great, and place was comfortable.

Great location for my needs. Have to drive a little for food. But, not bad at all.

My son didn't like the gym. Nothing really in there.

Overwhelmed at the customer service at this facility!

The customer service is at the top. When we arrived we were greeted by smiling clerks, who handed us a bag with a horseshoe ornament attached shock had bottles of water, sunscreen, hand sanitizer, lip conditioner, a clear bag to carry it all to the Cheyenne Frontier Days. They also offered a shuttle to and from frontier days! We haven’t seen that kind of service in many years. We have told everyone how that made our trip. Not having ever been to CFD we had no idea where to park if we drove, so the shuttle was also a wonderful surprise! Thank you to everyone who had input.

Convenient place to stay no frills.

Breakfast was as expected. The location was conveniently located close to the highway but far enough out of town to not be in the thick of things. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were a good size.

The hot tub was not in use which was one of the reasons we selected this hotel. We were disappointed that we were unable to use it as we look forward to relaxing in one after many hours of sitting in the car.

Nice facility to stay

We received a phone call from the staff informing us of tornado warnings and the loss of power at the facility. So they gave us a rate adjustment to the due to the delay of checking in and not having the room available which was originally booked.

Had to accept a smaller room. Our only disappointment and sadness was having to see indigent people living out of their vehicles across the road from the facility.

The best roadside hotel we've ever been to. Management at the highest level. Cozy, carefully cleaned room, excellent swimming pool and Jacuzzi with hot water. The breakfast is simply excellent, the chef constantly monitors the availability of dishes in abundance. Pleasant staff greets guests in the lobby, and also offers hot cider or cold lemonade to your taste. The stop was unplanned, the trip was work-related. Therefore, it was even more pleasant to spend such a wonderful holiday in this hotel.

The Best of the Best Westerns!

This is one of the nicest Best Westerns that we’ve ever stayed in. It was clean and comfortable and served a nice hotel breakfast.

Staff (Susie and Jamie) at front desk fully discriminated against us as we have 2 ADA ESA dogs. Which is completely against ADA standards and rules. I will be filing complaint with the better business bureau as well as the ADA. Terrible customer service. If you have any type of service animal I would not recommend this Best Western Plus Frontier Inn in Cheyenne, WY.
