Location was near Princeton University
The rooms were so so small. It said. 324 sqft on Booking.com but they were hardly bigger than a walk-in closet!!
No elevators! And rooms were on the 3rd floor with no help. We were carrying 8 heavy bags and nearly died carrying all of them to our rooms.
Plus there were cobwebs in the room and unwashed hair in the bathroom!!
Breakfast was included but was very sparse.

Location
Cleanliness
-Size of room
Not well appointed (eg. not one towel rack in bathroom), tv didn’t work properly.
-The soundproofing was non existing; the shower next door sounded like a waterfall. So loud we couldn’t hear ourselves talking.
-valet left car unlocked overnight
- front desk staff seemed scattered and not overly polite nor capable.
Severely overpriced for an inn where you get mediocre service and hear everything from the hall, next room and outside.

Very clean and central. Exceptional linens. There was a great selection for breakfast and the coffee was good for a hotel!! Also got to see some raccoons which blew my mind!!!!
Nothing, it was beautiful

Everything was superb

Nice continental breakfast - above and beyond the usual. 2 kinds of croissants AND overnight oats! However the toaster was terrible.
Needed a comfortable chair in the room and there was nowhere outside to sit on the porch because of the attached restaurant

The generous breakfast buffet was really wonderful. Also appreciated access to the local newspaper. While my husband had the use of a car, I relied on my feet to wander around town, so the Peacock Inn was in a perfect location.
We had chosen a room that was small. If we stayed again we would opt for a larger room.

the location.
sleeping room very tight. the clerk -upon arrival- had mercy on us as all rooms are upstairs with no elevator.. she carried our luggage up. the receptionist totally ignored any need when leaving. checked in at 4:30.. three huge black bags with laundry were in the hallway when we left at 5:30.

Breakfast leaves much to be desired, but cleanliness of the room and helpfulness of staff are above board!

Great location. Wonderful bed with Frette linens.
Buffet breakfast was very lovely.
Housekeeping didn't do our room 2 of the days. Strange. We tracked down our own towels, I made the bed. I didn't really mind, but others may.
Not sure what the issue was.

Nice and stylish breakfast .
Comfortable bed and pillows.
Excellent decorated butique hotel.
Complimentary valet service.
The room that we have stayed 303 is the smallest hotel room I ever stayed. Not possible to place a luggage in the room at all. If you travel with a duffel bag, it might work.
Tv was not working.
Bathroom is also pretty small.
10.0
exceptional staff, we loved every minute of our stay!
