The staff your nice! The location was amazing!
I’m a former housekeeper, working for a decade as one. The room was dirty, behind the tv stand yuck, the mattress under the protection covers were so much crumbs, the dust on photos on the wall were thick. I had my daughter s her friend. Busy day celebrating birthday I didn’t do a room check prior. tears of just grossness once I seen it because i always check before,. when I told staff she said gross, I’ll let them know. pool was gross, rusty furniture in the pool area.

The staff are amazing. The front desk and breakfast are standouts. Everyone there is beyond kind and friendly.
The only complaint I would have is that the pool and hottub are a little gross, the water needs to be changed.

The beds were extremely comfortable. The stay was comfortable as well. Staff was friendly. The pool area could use some tended too but overall it was good. The room smell was a little alarming when we first entered the room. We had to keep the window open throughout our stay but that was ok.
The pool and jacuzzi didn’t look as if they had been maintained or cleaned in awhile.

Jennifer is simply wonderful! Always so nice and welcoming. We especially LOVE their breakfast!
The parking lot was being fixed during our stay so parking was a little tight.

We did not eat breakfast or use the pool/hot tub.
The building and room was dated, no elevator. The bedspreads had stains on them. The bedding seemed clean but was questionable.

.
The bathroom was dirty with hair on the floor from whomever else stayed there. The entire building smelled like a cigar although it states no smoking. The breakfast food was not fresh or appeasing not even the fruit. The pool area has a big leak coming from the ceiling.

TV had some buffering.

water pressure was great!
outdated hotel with an extremely small pool and TV color did not work and breakfast was sub-par.

Nothing.
Carpet was bad. I can tell that the carpet was the original from back when they used to be able to smoke in the rooms and the lobby. We ended up leaving and tried to ask for a refund which we did not receive.

The convenience to the airport
It appeared to have a lot of drug use, and possibly prostitution. The walls were paper thin, and there was a local man staying in the room next to ours that appeared to be very sick, with Covid or something else, that was screaming and slamming the walls. There was a very strong smell walking down the halls of marijuana. The staff had a ton of people behind the desk while working, which was unprofessional.
