Nothing much!
You cannot pay in cash here which caused some confusion. My mom found a toenail in her bed. She went to the front desk and they gave her new sheets to change herself. When she put the new sheets on there was blood on them. Then the toilet was stopped up so we had to go back to the front desk to get a plugger The beds are horribly uncomfortable! Finally, housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:00 am when check out was at 11:00 am as if to rush us! Worst place I’ve ever stayed!

We had to stay somewhere else no electricity. Had to climb stairs.

Staff was great! Room was clean and neat.
Rates were extremely high due to Rock the south concerts. Parking was crowded.

Very clean, very quiet, we will stay there again.
The coffee was foamy. Just ate a bowl of cereal.

The beds were very comfortable and sink and toilet looked new and clean. The family running the hotel were very friendly and nice. Also very close to lots of restaurants and shopping. All appliances seemed to be in working order.
The walls and outlets were FILTHY! The safety latch on door was missing. We had a toddler with us and the deadbolt automatically comes undone when you turn the handle. We ended up moving the heavy chair in front of door to keep him from escaping because we were on the second floor and there was a pretty big gap under the railing outside! The carpets were sticky and disgusting. Holes in comforter and sheets. Bathroom was so small you didn’t have room to change or move to navigate around door and toilet. Honestly if the bathrooms had been as dirty as the rest of the room we probably would’ve left.

I have stayed here a few times and the staff is always amazing. Hotel is clean.
The breakfast was very limited. The biscuits was cold. No sausage or anything and only 2 egg patties. Pancake mix was out and juice was out. Could use more options.

The bed hurt my back for2 days, it was so hard. Stains on the carpet, bad. Plaster coving holes in the wall, very run down. No improvement at all

The breakfast was ok - very adequate for a continental breakfast - eggs, waffles, gravy and biscuit, etc. Fairly clean
The the outside was dilapidated looking - needed to be painted and rusty looking stairwell. The lighting in the room was bad. The handle on the toilet was functional, but falling down. Looked like burned spots on the carpet. Mold around the tub. Lock with chain missing in room. Beds very hard and they squeaked when you moved in the bed. I do not think this hotel can be refurbished. It needs tearing down. Very deceiving in the picture.

the staff were friendly. I was there to visit family and it was located close to them.
The bed was very firm. Not what I am accustomed to. security latch was broken. The sheets had what looked to be a small grease mark on them and I had to run my card 3 times because the reader wasn’t working right
and I got charged twice but they did refund it promptly the next day. It’s an older hotel that needs an update.
