The worst experience I’ve ever had with staying with my family in a hotel room

The staff and that’s about it

The facility was nowhere near as clean as shown in the photos The hotel room had a stench to it like mildew Sheets, including towels, had stains all over them Had problems with AC cutting off consistently not staying running to get us to an average temperature of 70 our temperature was about 74 to 78 and hotel room I would not recommend anybody staying here, and I promise we will never stay here again

Overall great stay and the breakfast was so good! Biscuits and gravy, eggs, pancakes,and bagels! Loved it

It did not live up to expectations and so it was a NIGHTMARE!

Breakfast was good, and the lady over the kitchen was very friendly and kept the counters/tables clean.

The door handle to room 122 was broken. The back door near the pool would not lock, which was near our room. We did not feel safe and were trapped in the room one time because the door handle came off. The door frame also caused the door to our room to stick, making entry a little difficult. The front desk staff gave us a screwdriver, which was a temporary fix as the door handle came off again. They did not have any other rooms available. We paid for two nights, but only stayed one because of these security concerns (see accompanying photos).

The best hotel stay I had for my whole move!

I loved how friendly Dee and her husband were. I loved the holiday decorations and the aroma in the entry area. I LOVED that there was an elevator and the room phone actually worked. AND! There were great gluten free options and Vegan options for breakfast, so my friend and I were both able to eat there.

I liked that the staff was nice

there was a lot of lady bugs in my rooms. They were all on the curtains and around the ceiling. And the room seemed stuffy and the air took awhile to cool the room off

the breakfast was good& the room was clean

the room door was propped open when we arrived to the unit. the a/c didn’t work and had to be attended to. the thermostat on the wall didn’t work when staff finally got the unit working. we were tired and only wanted to go to bed. but had to deal with the unit being too hot to sleep until ac was fixed.

Bed clothes were very dirty and stained. Stains (red) on the floor. When brought to the attention of desk We were told no staff to fix problem. We had to ask to switch rooms. Then there were no clean king bedrooms available. Will not stay there again.

Great stay

Location, staff was helpful, polite, room was comfortable the only thing was tge gym was out of order. No other complaints. The morning breakfast was very nice and both attendees were very pleasant.

Place had potential

Convenience of location. Front desk women were very helpful.

The first floor smelled like mold and musty. When we changed from 1st floor to 3rd, half of our room didnt have power. It was just a fuse but it showed that they didnt check the room before renting it. Then they had another issue and the 3rd floor smelled like sewer. Workers were walking above us and they went up through panels in front of our room and insulation was on floor as soon as we opened door. I understand repairing something but let patrons know that workers will be doing things. The pool had broken lights, tables and chairs. I had to ask for towels and even to open pool at 11:30. The only lights on were the building lights. Breakfast was the same thing over and over...reheated and recooked.
