Front desk staff was very friendly, helpful. Room was comfortable. Pool/hot tub were great

Cookies. Staff super friendly very clean and updated design. Clean rooms.
Bed was very firm. Pillows way too hard and flat. Towels very thin and rough.
Biggest issue was the lack of sound proofing. Heard everything the neighbors said and did.

We thought it was very nice and centrally located!
I could hear people upstairs walking around at night but I know there's nothing to be done about that
3.5
Quiet. Easy to locate-on main thoroughfare. Clean and quiet with microwave and fridge.

Very clean and well put together - all amenities are such iron, fridge, microwave.... I love to have those in a room!
Parking.... I couldn't park in front of my room....

The staff was very responsive to needs.
The property is very spread out which means one either has to walk quite a way to get to either breakfast or the pool, depending on which side of the property your room is on.
The bathroom in our room (called a suite) was extremely small.

I liked that there was space between the lobby & hotel rooms. But not too much space where you’re walking forever. I liked that it was pet friendly, even though we didn’t have a pet, it was nice seeing everyone else with pets.
I felt like the game, picnic & smoking tables could’ve been nicer. The smoking section was kind of by the pool & next to the picnic tables. So even in the designated spot, I felt it was rude to smoke.

breakfast all the same , needs to be more creative on that

quiet, no riff raff. No traffic noise.

Reception was very nice and gave me a different room as requested. Hotel is in a quiet location. Water fountain is relaxing. Cookies and coffee available all day. Hotel near to downtown restaurants and other eateries. 1/2 hour from main attractions, but doable because there isn't much traffic around 9am.
Carpet and towel had stains. More items should be available for breakfast. Eggs and sausage were rubbery and had no flavor.

It was very close to downtown Cottonwood, stores and restaurants.
2.5
It's not really a hotel in my opinion. It's set up like a motel. The front desk is in a separate building and the rooms are in a row in the back.
It's adequate for 1 night only if you have no other options. So annoying to slepp over to the main building just to get hot water for my tea. Bring your own thermos and water, I was lucky I also had a half sandwich and apple in my bag for dinner. Nothing is in walking distance for food.
Oh, the beds are so soft and uncomfortable, it's only for 20 yr olds with strong backs. I had a very uncomfortable night and i have a long drive ahead of me.
I'm definitely not rested.
IF you're GF the breakfast is skimpy. BUT, they have scrambled eggs and a cappuccino machine there which made my day. 1 star just for that.
The bright spot was Chris at check-in. What a delightful young man.
the bed was awful! coffee pot dirty! hot water too far away

Beth at the front desk was super helpful and friendly! Comfortable bed and pillows.
The guy next door blaring his TV til after midnight (walls are thin).

Most amazing breakfast buffet, thank you Becky! Bed was very comfortable.
It was easy to hear voices outside in the parking lot, but once we fell asleep is was fine.
4.5
It was extremely comfortable and clean. The lighting was excellent in our room and the bed linens were very nice.
The towels could be upgraded and there was litter back in the dog walking area.
