Breakfast was fine, room locations was right next to vending machines and was a bit noisy through out the Evening, Also the housekeeping staff cleaning cart makes very loud noises early in the Morning when passing through the door, also had a big cockroach in the room near entrance door because it is beside the exit door to parking lot. Other wise, all was okay, bed comfy and liked the patio on first floor.

3 Day Stay at Quality Inn, April, 2024

Everything Location is good. Close to beaches, restaurants and parks. While being an older hotel, it is in very good shape, extremely clean. The buffet breakfast is very good. The pool area is beautiful .

There was nothing we didn't like, except for some reason we didn't get Choice Privilege points because we stayed 3 nights. Not the hotel's fault.

A budget hotel well worth the money.

I've stayed at this location 3 or 4 times since January. On each stay I've noticed positive improvements in the facility. From the room updates to the breakfast bar. It keeps getting better, yet stays comfy. Way to go! Great staff too.

Adequate place with bones and location to be super- but it’s outdated.

Location; room had nice view to pool.

The facility is pretty worn, carpets worn, ice machine not working on our floor; the air conditioning - heating system is old so you hear it go on and off all night. The pool are would be pretty, but minimal maintenance being done. Bed linen pretty flimsy. Room seemed recently painted- it looks like management is trying to upgrade- but probably won’t stay here again.

Everything was great and the breakfast was good.

Everything was good, the room, breakfast and the staff was great. I have stay at this hotel a couple of times and I am sure that I will be stay again when I go to Tampa.

Great place to stay in Tarpon, clean and in a handy location

It was a good stay overall. Staff was fantastic.

Room was comfortable and clean. Amenities were OK, not great. Housekeeping was awesome.

Towels were thin, could have been thicker. Amenities in the room could have been larger sizes.

Superb

The housekeeper came and made my bed while I was at breakfast! Fresh towels, and kept room tidy. I have not had that exceptional service since before COVID. The lady who put the breakfast buffet out was also exceptional. So personable and offering her help to everyone, really a joy first thing in the morning. Great way to start your day!

Hot tub was blocked off and no lights at night around pool.

This place should be closed and rehabbed.

Not much

It started with the smell of mold in the hallways. Ozone machines going in each hallway. The smell of mold in the room was even worse. If it wasn’t so late we would have found another place. Then to top it off, water started pouring out of the ceiling in the bathroom.

Save your hotel

The beds are comfortable, and rooms are spacious. Most of the staff is friendly. The hotel itself has a tremendous potential.

The elevator was broken, the hot tub is broken, the bar is very lacking, the cleaning staff never refilled any room consumables. The heated pool was very cold. Weeds on the pool deck, overgrowth everywhere. It's like the hotel is dying a slow death from neglect. I just wish ownership would put some money back into the facility. At minimum, make sure everything works.

Horrible

Nothing went well...beds were uncomfortable with 3 tiny pilllows.. Tiles in bathroom were cracked ans wobbly infront of the shower. I decided not to shower. Bed sheets and blankets were wrinkles all over. The baloney doors were opened. Breakfast was horrible

Very good

Breakfast was well maintained and was a nice and clean area. The Staff worked really hard to stock breakfast as stuff ran out.

1 morning where the Juice was watered down and the Apple Juice ran out and it took forever to get filled. Also the Pool closes at Sun Down. I did not care for that as it did not give the kids a chance to swim when we got back from the beach or our attraction.
