Not worth your money

Location is great, but this place is not worth all the money I paid

A/c wasn't cooling at all, I went and tell to the service desk and they couldn't care less, they said they where fully book so I couldn't get another room, they said they will send maintenance and no one ever came, barely slept the whole night, we left first thing in the morning. We travel a lot to Pensacola and never had any inconvenience at any of the others hotels. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

It's not worth the price.

The private beach was really nice and the restaurant had really good food. Pool was clean and just the right size.

They didn't have the room I originally booked so got downgraded. The air conditioner didn't work in my first room so had to move rooms after the first night. House keeping only came twice in 5 days and had to request towels at the front desk every day. Beds were extremely uncomfortable, the floor felt softer. All the rooms need a major update.

Never again

So without warning guests before they book, the owner of this hotel apparently allowed a group of white people in a fake Indian tribe called "mayoki" to book about 25 percent of the hotel. From what myself and other guests observed, the group is about partying...not honoring any Indian tribes. This group played music late at night preventing sleep, put up flags blocking view of the bay, and even banged on a tom tom drum loudly at 630am while they did shots! They were allowed to decorate all their 15+ rooms on the outside. Sounds too bizarre to be true but it happened. The local newspaper even did a story of this group and the negative reactions they received in the town as they danced around doing pow wows and, partied in their shiny tacky fake Indian attire(much of it revealing--shame!!) Why the owner of a Quality Inn chain would be allowed to do or even want to this is beyond me. Maybe the $$ received.

It was exactly what we needed while we explored Pensacola

Beach & pool were both clean and inviting. Our room was clean and I liked that there was no carpet on the floor.

Continental breakfast was nice but would have been excellent with fresh brewed coffee. One of the bed covers had a burn hole in it. The door to the room didn't always latch properly

Definitely a two star stay.

Bed was comfortable. Hot water was hot. WiFi was good until a busload of teenagers showed up.

Big gap under room door that allowed every sound outside the door to come through. Also a gap under between rooms door. Fortunately we were next to travel companions. Weird thing on ceiling over bed that we had to clean off. Poor WiFi when hotel got busy second day.

Location nice, Rooms Outdated and staff especially the guy that’s maintenance rude as can be !

NO HOT WATER MY ENTIRE STAY (7/21/2023-07/23/2023) asked for “Discount” and obviously that wasn’t a option! I’ve stayed at this location numerous times, but I can honestly say THIS WILL BE THE LAST!!!!!! I do not recommend!!! I like staying places that value the guest! Me reading the reviews that particular building has been without hot water since 7/6/2023 at least, so why was they still renting rooms knowing it was no hot water!? Inconsiderate of others and their families!!!!!

Location!! The location of the motel is absolutely the best !

From 7/21/2023-07/23/2023 we did not have any hot water !!!! Me, My Spouse and my children was forced to take cold showers!!!! I reported it, and nothing was done about the cold water! It was the whole building. We was in room 164! Checking out I asked could we get a discount for the inconvenience, all she said was “maybe” I politely said a discount would be the most you all could do since nobody in the whole building had hot water all weekend! She said she would check into, still no discount nor a simple sorry for the inconvenience of making you , your family and the other guest weekend miserable for having no hot water! Nice place and I’ve been here several times, BUT THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY THE LAST TIME !!!!! I can’t spend my money with a hotel so inconsiderate of families!!!!

It was close to the beach. The pool was nice.

The facility is old and the rooms need to be updated. The floors had laminate but weren't clean. The door was hard to open and close sometimes.

Okay if you just need a place to stay with a dog.

Ac unit worked well. Allows dogs.

Holes in the blankets, old tvs - no smart tvs, the beach view is a lie . Some sand by the water but it's covered in glass, trash everywhere, cigarette butts everywhere, house keeping only on Fridays and Tuesdays, staff was unfriendly, over priced for a crappy stay just to have a dog.

It was a nice place for a reasonable price.

The location was good being between Pensacola Beach and Downtown. They had a decent breakfast of Waffles, cereal, eggs, sausage, bread, muffins. Nice view of the ocean with small beach area and outdoor pool.

The outside and bathroom door both had paint chipping and were dirty looking. At first glance the place seemed a bit sketchy, but turned out to be a pretty nice place. Bathroom ceilings are pretty low. If you are taller than 6 foot you will have to duck in the shower the whole time.

Breakfast was great location was fairly good. Even though it was right on the highway it was quiet on pool side. Room was huge bed very comfortable. Staff was great very helpful with places to go and see offered maps as well. Overall husband dog and I were very satisfied.

Love the location. It was like 1min from Starbucks and Walmart and like 3-5 minutes to the beach. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Shaun in housekeeping . We were able to see dolphins from the property. Which made it so neat. Love the little beach area.

There were no elevators. Also it was a little hard to to get down to beach area. Our room ended up being close to stairs so it worked out . I was able to get to beach area just might be hard for older people or people with handicaps.

Absolutely beautiful view of bay, rooms a little dated, but not bad. Staff very nice and privacy respected. I've stayed here twice and I will again.

Disappointing

Location was beautiful

Staff was indifferent and spent more time on their cell phones than they did even saying hello to us. The room smelled awful. The "breakfast" was laughable. The beds were the most uncomfortable thing I can remember ever sleeping on.

Everything is outdated and stained. Broken remote control broken hair dryer luggage rack was peeling. It was alright for the price nothing majorly wrong just a bunch of little things that have not been properly cared for and have caused them to diminish. The staff were decent, just expect a little better accommodation for the price per night.
