Ample parking. Great pool. Good location walking distance to many amenities and short drive to Jensen Beach and others. Staff were all super pleasant. The connected restaurant is a nice bonus and stays busy which is always a good sign. Would definitely stay here again.
Traffic in the area is hit or miss.

Restaurant next door, central position.
The price!

Pool closing at dusk pool has lights

I liked that it was not more then 2 floors. Smoking areas were easily accessible. A definite plus to have Flannigans next door.

Bed, TV stations, bath, air conditioning
Had issues with the TV connectivity with the cable system. Was solved by staff.

We definitely enjoyed our stay. The property is managed well and kept the entire facility clean. Staff is friendly and professional. The breakfast bar was kept clean and well stocked. Thank you!
No elevator.

Much better experience. I do not think the owner/manager knows how to run a hospitality business, both white women that work there (another at the front desk) and the owner, both rude. The Hispanic manager /woman that works the front and is extremely kind and hospitable - she should be running that entire place if she is not already. The older owner/manager needs to step away and let the Hispanic woman run that place with full authority if she knew what to do.
The owner who walks around acting as if the place is too good for you to be able to sit in their sitting area! Outrageous …

clean and quiet!
towels were dirty😞

Great location, near restaurants, supermarkets. Staff it's the best asset of the hotel, every employee its A+.
carpets, walls could be cleaner.

Comfortable beds
Dirty carpets, left over clothing and pills on floor from previous guests. Bugs. Staff seemed inconvenienced by the guests, almost rude at times. 1 or 2 star hotel at best. Smokers hanging out by the pool door with it propped open letting the smoke permiate the hallway. Paid for and left a day early to stay in a nice hotel down the beach.

The staff was excellent. In spite of what I write in “what didn’t you like” - the staff was awesome, from the management, front desk, maintenance to the maids. They were great! The pool was awesome, the bar next door/attached - very friendly.
Do not go to this expecting 5star. It is an older hotel, that needs repairs. It is what it is - a decent price for a not-fancy place to lay your head. Things were wrong, things went wrong (air conditioning pan overflowed into carpet) but the staff did their best to fix it. ( maintenance first, then moved us to another room when it was not a quick fix).

Location was perfect, pool was awesome, staff was friendly, breakfast was wonderful and an added bonus, however, there were cockroaches climbing the walls of our room.
Need exterminator for cockroach problem. Stayed here last year and had the same problem.

Excellent attentive professional and friendly staff. The staff was exceptional
Breakfast could have been better

I woke up 10 mins too late.. after a 15 hr drive from Va Beach I was exhausted.
I loved that the bathtub had four well placed grab bars... many more and in better places, than most hotels, that don’t “cater” to senior or “handicapped”. Shower curtain did not want to stay closed. at the ends. Loved not only the hand held shower head, (which is what I have at home), being short it makes a difference since this was on a slding bar like they have on cruise ships. They accommodated my request for a first floor room, and late arrival.. staff was courteous.
I asked for a late check out, and they refused, the only bad part, but I understood.. left later than 11 but before noon.. I found it strange no in room phone - but can aprreciate the reduction of expense for hotels, since most people now have a cell phone... what was lacking was a place to plug in a phone AND hearing aid charger... not something you want to plug in in the bathroom. I unplugged the TV to use that outlet for one device
I asked about a place to get breakfast.. they lady said IHOP.. eh! I prefer to support Local small business owners, and found the Berry something RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO THE IHOP.. very accommodating.. as I walked in asked for take out and they were FAST.. less than 10 mins for scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit and toast.. and it was GOOD... would have preferred eat in, but I didn’t have time.. had a funeral to attend at 1 and didn’t know where the church was.
I would recommend that restaurant that does breakfast, brunch and lunch. Hotel could be more supportive of their small local bus. owners.

Unfortunately, not much. Breakfast had a poor selection, very few options, very small breakfast room, no room to sit. outside doors didn't lock, no protection and in not nice area of town.
the rooms were dark and dingy, nothing had been updated in years, bathroom fixtures were rusty, beds were lumpy, slopped, mattress springs were wonky and loud, AC was broken, but thankfully they did fix it

room was damp, no bathroom vent for showering, lousy installation on the shower curtain. location is not downtown.

Overall the Inn is very clean, and we found it reasonably quiet. Yes, there are occasional train horns and overhead jets, but these are just part of the city's layout/architecture. The free breakfast is really top shelf. Parking was never an issue. The adjacent restaurant, Flanigans is an excellent option as well.
All of the fixtures and furnishings are very outdated and not in the best condition. Some in quite poor condition actually. The wifi and TV reception we very poor.

Close to everything
Roaches in bathroom, fridge, and even in microwave. No working vacuum had to go out at 1240 to walgreens to by raid to try and kill roaches. Dirty floors, chair had so many stains and even bedding stained and Dirty. Tried to move to another room but roach infested.

Breakfast was good but have to wait until the people living in the hote get done making and walking with enough food to feed the family all day. It was disappointing to see this is the way people live and take advantage of the services.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. I got the impression that the morning staff that cover the breakfast have to deal with the guests that take advantage of the hotel's offerings.

Everything was great. Cleaned up very well and smells great too
No elevator ☹️

The location is great. it’s nice that the hotel is connected to Flanigan’s.
Was not happy that they were not willing to accommodate a late check out! They actually had someone knocking on our door at 10:45 asking us if we were ready to check out!

the rooms, cheap, and free breakfast.
I get a dirty towel.

Staff at front desk very good.
Breakfast area way too small.
