The property met our expectations.
I didn't feel like it was in the safest area.

The breakfast was okay, facilities were clean, staff was accommodating.
Facility is showing signs of age, but was generally clean.

Easy check in, close to restaurants
Small "queen"beds that measure a full size, doors locked and no lights at 630am when we went to enjoy breakfast. Could not check out get a receipt or eat. Noone was around. At check in we was told pool closes at 9, breakfast is at 6. Not the case. Also manager and employees would get defensive when you ask a question. Need more outdoor lighting. Most of the parking lot lights came from Chick Fila next door. Wish I had taken pictures of doors being locked because morning manager just called me a lier. Said she would have to look at video, but I was wrong. Ok! I score this hotel a 4 out of 10. I would stay again only if I don't have any other option.

Having a place to rest, the area was fine; lots of choices for food and stores etc.
The hotel is run down, dirty. had roaches and doesn't give you a secure feeling. The chair in the room had burn holes, coffee maker dirty. The room door had gaps of approx. 1" all around it, not sealed at all. The breakfast area tables all warbled, cereal dispensers not working; people were told to take the cereal using a cup to scoop it out of the dispenser. The front desk clerk gets a phone call, excuses herself and has me stand at the desk until she returns so I could hand the keys ins as requested upon leaving. Then, as we drove out, she, (desk clerk) I assume with her friends was outside smoking and shooting the breeze. Not to professional for a hotel.

It was absolutely filthy. Unlike any place we’ve ever stayed. When we first entered the room it smelled like cigarettes. The comforter was COVERED in hair and had blood stains all over it (pictured). Sheets were covered in black stains & crunchy. The hot tub was not working apparently and filthy. The lady at the front desk locked the interior door when she saw us coming in to talk about the hot tub issue. The bathroom was filled with bugs and webs, with a cracked bathtub. When we called to get new blankets we were told they weren’t sure if they had them to fit the bed. I was so beyond skeeved out but we had no other choices nearby.

it’s close to the freeway and restaurant
the room smelled dog per, I think that is given since they allowed pets, we had to leave the door open to air out the room, that didn’t helped at all.

The location was good, beds were comfortable.
The Secondary lock on the hotel door was falling off, had one roach come out of the bed. They have a little information card in the hotel that said they would replace towels every three days, they woke us up both mornings we were there. Which was pretty ridiculous considering we had got there pretty late.

The location, the rooms were clean and rommie

Location was good as it was easy to get to. Selection was good of types of items for a breakfast.
Only thing was how the breakfast items were placed to make it easier and more people could get to the different items at one time.

Great value, clean facilities and good staff.
It was all good.

The location was very convenient to my reason for staying in Perry. I have stayed here previous and I have never had any major issues. However, I do not spend a lot of time in the room.
I did not like the fact that there had been no air circulating in the room prior to our check in so the room felt very stuffy and hot. This also caused it the room to have a stale smell and even though it was a non smoking room it had a smoke smell in it.

The front deck receptionist was very nice. The only thing good about the experience.
We tried to stay at Quality Inn but their rooms were dirty with cigarettes, bottle caps, moldy pillows and a German cockroach infestation. We requested to cancel the reservation after seeing the dirty rooms. Quality inn agreed to cancel the reservation without penalty in person and on the phone with booking.com after I contacted Booking.com.. Booking.com said they needed to provide written approval and the manager said he was working on at that moment, but Quality still has not done that and it has been a month. I have followed up and still have not received my refund. I have pictures and videos of everything but the app only allows one of the room. Don't waste your time or money. My kids left crying. Much nicer hotels near by for comparable pricing.

Breakfast was good. Location was convenient.
The carpet by the door and in from of the AC was soaking wet. Like someone emptied a bucket of water on it. The roomed had a horrible odor. There was part of someone's razor in the shower. The couch cushions were filthy. I would never stay here again. Even the ladies room in the lobby was dirty.

Beds were comfortable. Lady at front desk was nice.
Cobwebs near curtains. Dog pee stain on carpet. Coffee maker didn't work. Location was scary. Outlits between beds had issues. We got shocked the two times we tried to use them.

Desk Clark was very nice and very pleasant
My 1st room wasn’t cleaned and that really wasn’t good
