Overpriced and run down

The bed was hard, not really comfortable.the shower floor was rotten and moved under my feet when I would shower. The a/c made all kinds of noises when it would run. The pool was not filled. There is a doorbell that goes off evertime some one goes in and out that I can hear from my room.

Not as advertised

The staff was friendly during the few interactions we had.

We were staying here overnight as the halfway point of a 15 hour drive to Florida. I had hoped my kids could swim at the hotel once we got there after being in the car all day. The pool was disgusting and visibly not usable. I had also planned on having breakfast in the hotel the next morning as it was advertised online with a waffle maker and continental breakfast stuff. This was also unavailable due to the lobby being completely renovated including the breakfast area. The room itself was not good. The bedding was cheap and the bathroom smelled of urine. Apparently Wyndham has recently taken over the property that was a Quality in. That's fine but the website should have reflected the reality of the situation. Or at least the price should have. Pretty disappointed.

Didn’t know it was under construction but the staff was very nice and friendly. The continental breakfast didn’t happen either. The rooms need to be updated.

A great place to stay for affordable rates in a small town.

Large room. 3 beds! And a sofa bed! The staff was friendly and courteous. Was able to book a room to be available on the same day. Located within "walking distance" from several restaurants

The shower room only had one set of washcloths and towels for a single person. The room could easily sleep 8! We are a family of 5 and preferred not to share the same hygienic items. Have at least as many sets of towels as the room can accommodate persons. If the room is sized for 2, have two sets of washcloths and towels. If it's big enough for 4, have 4; etc.

Couldn’t even attempt to stay.

Everything! To start they charged me 3 different times for the same room over 1000$! They are unaware on how to use their systems. They were able to refund me with the help of a manager. The facility were dirty. They were in the process of renovating but the rooms themselves were filthy. My daughter found pills in the room and a manager couldn’t even reach out afterwards to give any type of apology! The front desk offered to move us rooms but the room was next to a guest room that was partying and it smelled of weed in the hallway. Pulled the bed out to check for moew pills found bugs and food! We ended up leaving we didn’t even make it a few hours in this hotel it was that awful. The only thing that was good was the front desk was polite. That’s about it. Wish I would of thought to picture the pills I gave to the front desk after my 4 year old found them.

Overall the layout was perfect for us and beds were comfy but disappointing in the end.

The type of room was perfect! I was traveling with my 5 children ranging from ages 13 to 4 months. We had a suite with 3 beds. It was a quick overnight stay while driving back home to Florida.

The issue is I requested a crib in advance and was told I would have one available upon arrival at no extra charge. When I arrived they said they do not offer cribs. The next issue was the cockroach in our bathroom. Thirdly there was no milk at breakfast so we had waffles, sausage or bread to pick from.

This place is in extremely poor conditions. Outdated smelly furniture. Disinterested staff and broken equipment.

Everything. I left after 1 night only because I didn't check in until after midnight due to my plane flight but first thing in the morning, I checked out to a Courtyard by Marriott.
