Other than the manager being rude my trip was nice

It was clean

The manager was not friendly at all. He acted as if we were getting on his nerves. I wanted to tell him that he would get more out of his work experience if he would go to the back of the store if he is busy.

I did not like staying there. Besides being able to go to Starbucks I do not recommend.

Nothing.

I just felt slightly uncomfortable. The walls looked dirty, the pillows were small, the bathroom look outdated. For $254 I expected better.

Rude customer service

Convenient to everywhere. Price good . Big room . Comfortable bed. Very quiet.

The attendant when we checked out was very rude. The floor was wet as we exited the elevator. There was a sign up. My fiance slipped. We proceeded to inform her of the situation. She ignored us. We asked if she could get someone to mop it because it was so close to the elevator... she then informed us we could put the keys in the check out box and that's all she needed!.

Annoyed about buying a room , I could not get!

The room I paid for was not cleaned yet at 7pm! And the maid refused to clean it. I had to stay in a smaller room! Pool is closed!

It was quiet

The air didn't work, the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work and the tub had hair in it.

Got there and they didn't have sheets for the pull out bed for my son. My reservation Cleary showed I had a 12 yr old. The pool was down and the gym (no notification about that anywhere) only reason we booked hotel. There was a beer bottle and a liquor bottle behind the pull out bed.

The breakfast was very bland and nothing to chose from and was out of everything by 8:15 a.m.

Cleanness, new showers and unstained toilets and sheets. My feet were black from walking in room with no shoes. Was very dusty toothpaste on mirrors. Hair was on sheets floor didn’t appear to be vacuumed or mopped

I left in the middle of the night round 1am wish I didn’t spend my money at all lost of $140

Our room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Nice big bathroom and very clean. I was glad were were not on top of each other like many hotels. Overall a very good stay for our purposes.

There was no breakfast available during our stay. The sound barrier between floors could be a little better. I think we had an elephant herd above us. Housekeeping was very loud in the hallways in the middle of the night while they were cleaning a room for their railroad contract people. Woke us up.

decent, not spectacular

the room was clean and comfortable. it was also designed well and spacious.

the hot water was Luke warm. the pool and hot tub were closed and being renovated. I think that the room should be discounted because of this. there is an automatic incidentals charge that you have to be charged up front and refunded later. that information should be explained when you book the room. may consider other accommodations next year for my annual trip.

The staff was wonderful. Very nice. The room was overall clean.

When we arrived, there were a total mess in the lobby. Hard to get around stuff lying around. Such a mess to be having customers walking around. Even trying to pull up next to the door was a task. I would thought that if you are doing this kind of remodeling, you would just shut down. Coming up the stairs to our room, there were a couple of heavy boxes of something that one of the workers just laid there by the door and left it. We had to move it out of the way to walk up the steps. If I would have known they were working on the motel I would have founded somewhere else to stay. They must of been working durning the night, for we heard banging two nights. My sister also said her and her son heard it also. Wish I had to taken pictures!

The two main reasons we stayed at this property over others in the area were to receive a full breakfast in the morning and get our laundry done before bed. The laundry was out of order and the whole building was under construction. Then in morning, a staff “didn’t show up” so there was no breakfast!

Even though the Hotel Location was having some construction being done, but the Property was still very clean and quite overall.

Quiet at night.

There isn't any online notifications stating that they are doing a full pledge "renovation". Elevator gets stuck. Notifications of construction is printed on a sheet of paper and taped near elevator "LOL"!! Extremely noisy throughout the day. Water was turned off certain times of the day due to construction work. Incidental fee is $100.00 for what?? It's not even a beachfront hotel and it's located behind a fast food restaurant. I think recommending this location is a bad idea without forewarning the amount of construction going on inside the building.

The room wasn't clean tub had big black stain room smelled moldy elevator broke during my stay I had to walk stairs elevator smelled horrible i didn't receive my deposit back hotel towels were stained I had to go purchase my own carpet was stained felt sticky when I made a complaint staff advised me that they were going through remodel and those were all they had left the room that had been remodeled was rented staff was nice and that was the only good part about my stay

very uncomfortable and disappointed

lobby was dirty, elevator was not working, had to walk up to the fourth floor with our luggage. The Air condition was not working and the room smelt dusty and unkept. They moved us to another room on the third floor, when I got ready to take a shower it would not come on right away. at breakfast there was no sausage or eggs.we were very unhappy with whole facility. we will never stay there again. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

well for starters hot water would have been great ask for a handicapped room well he couldn't even take a shower couldn't get in it when I called the front desk about the hot water she told me to turn the water in in the sink let it run for a couple mins then turn on the shower well needless to say that didn't work
