Rooms on the 1st floor were available

Delayed check-in due to power outage. But, prompt knock on the door from housekeeping before 11am the next morning asking if we are checking out. Not the most clean.

this property looks abandoned and very unsafe. I don’t know why Booking.com has it listed on their platform. makes you guys look bad!

The location was convenient to restaurants and travel to the business which I was there for.

The analog TV channels were very limited

The staff was friendly and helpful. The value was awesome - it is not a 5-star hotel but the water was hot, the bed comfortable, and the cleanliness as expected.

The lady that was working when my husband checked in was very nice.

My husband and I rented this room because we had no water at our home. After hours of trying to fix it we decided to just get a room. When we got there we were so tired that we just went straight to bed. After getting up the next morning, we saw the condition of the room. The outlet in the bathroom did not work, even after pressing the reset button. The ceiling tiles in the bathroom had gaping holes at the edges. There was what appeared to be blood on the floor next to the bed. The trim along the bottom of the wall had numerous paint runs. The walls had holes where it looked like someone had punched the wall. There was only one light that worked in the room because none of the others were plugged up. When we tried to plug them up we found that there were no outlets they would reach to. The outlet by the window had such a loose connection that the light that was plugged into it would not stay on. The one that did work was plugged into a power strip that was sitting on top of the counter beside the TV. This power strip also had the TV, microwave, and refrigerator plugged into it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
