Amazing staff. The nicest people!!

The building is beautiful. And the couple who work at the reception are exceptionally nice and helpful! I lost my wallet, and they went out of their way to help me get it back. Which I did. They are truly nice people who like hosting and they make everything possible for you to have a great stay.

Nothing. Great place to stay! I will come again.

Bad Stay..

The only thing I like was the location not to far from my son college!! But it was a clean room!! The front desk was very nice and work with me on the price but it was not clean at all.

I did not like the room! It has a bad smell,the bathroom tube was very horrible and out dated..The bed smell like someone had urine or threw up in it .. Very uncomfortable sleep had to sleep sitting up could not lay on bed like I wanted so t just prop up with a pillow I did not complain about it cause they work out a price for me! But I will definitely tell anyone this is not a good stay! And I also wrote a letter to the housekeeper and noone reach back me!! What gets me 100 deposit and plus the room 😔Not worth a deposit!!

The room was satisfactory and clean. It needs painting.

The room was clean. I was able to check in early (even though the manager didn’t know I was approved for early check in)

The room looked nothing like what was pictured on the internet. It was very outdated but it was clean.

There was a bright light for the parking lot that was so bright that the blackout curtains were a waste of fabric. The room was well lit at night after all of the lights were out.

Not a very pleasant stay.

Easy access/location.

Lots of road noise and inconsiderate people in room beside us. There where 4 adult males who had a tailgate party, cooking and carrying on until after 1030pm. Management didn’t seem to care.

Absolutely gross. Will not be staying again.

It was close to where we needed to be.

The first room reeked of ciggartees. The second room smelled better but the linens were stained and full of Ash. The towels were also very dirty. The chair was extremely stained and there was, what look like food on the wall. We got new linens the first night and the new linens had blood on them. Our toilet seat was also broken. There was also Only one night stand so we were not able to use the other outlet to charge our devices.

The desk clerk was phenomenal!! The rooms were modern and clean, as well as the lobby and breakfast

The desk clerk was phenomenal!! She was friendly and had a great attitude. The rooms were modern and clean, as well as the lobby and breakfast area. The staff was efficient and made for an easy stay. I would return. Seems like newly renovated and looked good.

The staff was Great and Friendly. The price was great. The mattress was comfy. The mini fridge cooled perfectly. Overall I would stay here again. Better than most in town. They even helped us with out luggage, which they didn't have to in the extreme cold temperature.

Nothing really. The quality of the hotel was a 40 dollar a night kind of place. Insane that they charged 120!

Room door was wide open upon arrival. The tub was dingy and dirty.

wouldn’t stay again, very unprofessional staff except night staff. day staff is awful

comfy beds, night staff helpful

issue with cards, didn’t activate card for correct amount of days. unprofessional staff, checked us out before we were ready and walked in on us, cleaning staff came out to car and yelled at us for not taking our trash out ourselves

it was filthy. asked to change room multiple times. seems like each room got worse as we went. literally had to go out and buy a comforter set because we were unable to get refunded and had no choice but to stay. blood was on the ceiling. carpet was smelly and moist and stained. horrible experience.
