The Stay Was What I Expected

Would not recommend for anyone to stay.

The man that checked us in was very kind

The cleaning product smell was very strong. Upset my stomach. Dated worn furniture. Not vacuumed. Felt not clean. The breakfast was ok. The trash was overflowing outside when we came to check in. Felt trashy, will not recommend for anyone or stay there again

Not the best experience

It was okay. No hot food except for waffle which I didn't want. Just had a bagel and tea.

We had to change rooms in the middle of night. Plumbing problem. Very upsetting.

The friendly staff did a exceptional job and really made the stay more comfortable.

Check in time could be a little sooner then 3pm. Or the early check in fee could be a little more accommodating.

overall this property needs some upgrades and repairs

Good location staff was excellent did everything they could to make things right room was clean and comfortable

Room had not been cleaned when we arrived had to get a different room Breakfast was poor coffee and drink machines didn’t work very limited amount of food. Parking lot in extremely poor condition.

Probably will not be staying here again unless dire emergency.

It was easy to get around and super simple check in/out.

As soon as we walked into our room there was a strange smell, there were stains and hair on the bedding, mold in the refrigerator, breakfast was barely anything, and nightshift front desk was not there.

Overnite due to weather.

The handicapped bathroom was great. The room was on first floor and close to everything.

Needs more light in room. The power bar on the night stand didn't work. The TV could be higher so can see better when laying down.

nice clean place tlc on some things is needed.

clean beds with a double cover on them. enough towels for two people. they made sure on first floor for our physical need.

the air/heat unit didnt work the best, room only had one chair, lamps had issues,and parking lot in front could been bigger. night staff seemed on the rude side. when staffaway from desk should be a sign how to get ahold of them.

Room was not clean, hotel in general was not clean, breakfast food was all sugar related, not a good choice for a diabetic. Parking was not the best, stalls to park where to small.

the comfortable beds and quietness allowed us to get a good nights sleep.

the beds and pillows are comfortable and the towels were like new. the room was clean. the hotel was quiet.

a fire alarm went off at 3:45am and we never did find out what happened. our television didn't work on the 2nd day of our two day stay.
