IHG brand is always superior comfortable

I thought there was a microwave, I must have been mistaken. not a big deal

The rooms were clean and modern; a nice size.

It seemed to not be located near many restaurants.

my only two problems was that the room walls were two thin and could hear someone cough like he was right next to me also the connecting room doors had me feeling a little nervous irrationally

nothing. staff rude

everything. staff is horrible. bed was dirty sheets were never cleaned. I was promised breakfast and I never got breakfast. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.

very clean and it has everything I need

it’s too noisy, I can hear the next door with their loud music, playing their phones and even them talking I can hear it from the wall itself.

The evening of the day I checked out, I discovered I left my 10ft cell phone charger plugged into the wall. I called and was told the housekeeping person there at that moment had no access to the lost/found area. I told the clerk I would drop by in the morning to retreive my cord and black plug in cube. This morning I stopped in as I told them I would. It took a long time to get someone to look in the lost/found area and then the desk clerk went up herself to the room, 202. She came back saying it wasnt in there. I told her I would rifle through my suitcases again and call if I found it. I told her I remember that I NEVER UNPLUGGED IT. Of course I did not find it in my suitcases and called to report that the ONLY PLACE IT COULD BE IS IN ROOM 202. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. They say its not in the room. SO WHERE IS IT?? I will never use this Crowne Plaza again and will encourage others not to either.
