The room was nice and cozy the bed was so soft I slept like a baby. The pool was magnificent me and my grandson really enjoyed it so much.

Not Happy, getting down room. Just wrong.

Clean room.

Not a working phone in room, was tool at check in I could not have alot of people with me . I had a room with 2 queen sized beds. I did not stay !!!! I feel a room should have all thing working. Not getting a down room for my stay. Will not go again.

It was a half decent room for a reasonable price in a good location for our visit but will not stay

Location is good , breakfast was less than expected as nearby hotels offered eggs and bacon, room was cool , beds comfortable

Carpets need to be removed, even though the room was non smoking it held a strong smell when first entered, light switches did not work , bathroom door would get stuck and shower door and trim were of poor guality, bedsheets looked clean but had stains

room smelled like mildew. carpet was ragged, roaches in bathroom and hallway. molding in room was loose and there were bugs in the wall.

Not worth the stay

The price seemed nice

The room was not safe. The door had a 2 inch gap once closed. And there was no safety lock on the inside of the door. The shower was not clean, the complementary lotion, shampoo, and conditioner were all previously used and half used. The a/c was not cooling the room. The entire 3rd floor was very hot when getting off the elevator.

Clean and convenient.

Pool should be cleaned daily and the handy capped lift has a wasp nest in it. One of my priorities is a nice clean pool.

We loved the location. It was sitting off the main road. Brooke was so sweet at check in. Rooms were clean. Grab and go breakfast was great!!! Definitely coming back!!
