Absolutely filthy. I couldn’t stay more than an hour before having to forfeit the 60$ I spent on the room to spend $95 on a different room. Staff was lazy, incompetent, the locked exit doors as in trying to leave this acursed place only to have to turn around and walk the length of the upstairs down the staircase in the lobby.. thank goodness their water “feature” lacked water because I wouldn’t be able to face my reflection being in this setting. My advice buy a tent and a blanket and you’ll have more comfort than what this decaying facility offered

Needs to be quieter for those traveling.

After receiving our 2nd room, there was no trash cans, the adjoining door to the next room did not lock. It was extremely noisy. Slamming doors all hours, the room directly above seemed to be playing jump rope all night. There was no hand towels provided only 2 small “bath” towels.

Not the worst, but could be much better. Not a fan of the bait and switch.

Don't judge a book by it's cover; the place has potential should anyone choose to put investment capital into it. Working spa baths in the king rooms, but use at your own risk (or clean out yourself before use). This place has seen better days, but it could again if anyone gave it a fair go. The large lap pool was a surprise. At least it's close to things to do and places to shop. Location is a saving grace. They have vending machines.

The noisy appliances, the musty cigarette smell of the room, broken glass in halls and doorways, lack of towels and blankets, confusing layout, overly chlorinated and questionably murky pool, the staff's vibe, broken furniture and amenities, and their bait and switch photos on the web site. Those photos were taken years ago and it shows the minute you arrive. What you see is not what you get, but not the worst place I've been stranded.

The most horrid experience ever. Saw reviews were a death occurred in a room.

Absolutely nothing.

We could not stay in our room due to the horrid smell. Took our breath away. Flies everywhere. No mini fridge, microwave or picture of the wall. Gross conditions. Have receipt for refund on room however have not received refund.

Overall very bad stay, definitely won’t stay there again. Price was good but didn’t outweigh all the issues at hand.

I liked the location, beds were pretty comfortable.

Pool was broken, lost power and they didn’t give any information as to why, ice machine’s broken, no hot water for the first day, cable was out for 2 days. Most of the staff was rude or unhelpful.

Bed was clean and comfortable and staff was very friendly

The curtains were badly stained and the curtain rods were broken so it didn't close all of the way which let light in. The elevator was very slow while it was working. (storm caused them to be on half power later in the night). The hallways smelled of natural gas, they said it was because of the heaters in the rooms. There were paint stains all over the carpets in the hallways and there were cracks in the walls. A few of the lights in our room were unplugged when we entered and the first room we were given we couldn't get in because the card reader was broken. Overall it wasn't the worst place I've stayed however I think the pricing should be lower with all things considered.

Bad

The place was so awful, stained walls and lampshades. A ladies sanitary pad stuck to the bedpost. Bandaids on the smoke detector. We did not even stay and were charged by both booking.com and the hotel!!

The bed was comfortable.

The room was very outdated. The tub would not drain, the shower curtain was dirty and the tub was cracked. The towels were very small. The lamp shades were stained and broken and the furniture was wore out.

NOPTHING Booked this for FEB 25 /26 FOR MY GRANDSON BIRTHDAYY. THEY SAID THEY HAD GAME ROOM AND POOL.CONFIRMED RESERVATION. UPON ARRIVAL NO POOL OR GAME ROOM. AT THE LAST MINUTE HAD TO CANCEL BECAUSE THEY WERE EXPECTING TO SWIM AND GO TO GAME ROOM. NO REFUND WHAT A BUNCH OR CRAP. UNHAPPY CUSTOMER WILL NEVER USE THIS SITE BOOKING . Disgusting

Nothing other than convenience for why we was in town for winter storm

This place is a disgrace. Nothing on website of renovation. Nothing was available for food, pool, taking bags to room, no housekeeping, no working phone to front desk, put us in a room where workers was working taking up all hallway carpet. Hotel full of dust ( that I am allergic too) shower had green stuff coming out of showerhead to the jet tub drain. Shower was hardly usable. Low lighting in bathroom, dangerous for showering. Bad customer service at front desk. Towels were like sandpaper. Had to ask for second day at front desk for clean. Was told I should have brought down the dirty for new. Ask for discount checking out, was ignored. No manager available. I could go on and on. Place should be closed down for renovation then reopen. Reviews like this is going to decrease any business to them. Cannot believe they charge regular pricing for a disgraceful place to stay.

they advertise they have many amenities but they don’t. Pool was closed, no breakfast and couldn’t get WI-FI. No Wi-Fi? and their excuse was they are in the middle of switching companies. do not stay unless you need a cheap bed.

Poor upkeep of business

The location was good, the bed was ok

The signage was poor, the shower had moldy caulk, the shower curtain was too short, the toilet seat was too small for the toilet, the wall paper was pealing off in the bathroom and numerous other locations in the motel. The exterior door of the motel that is suppose to lock for safety purposes didn't lock and the pool was closed

The complete interior needs an overhaul. It’s damn shabby.
