Nothing
It was filthy! Mold all over the curtains, fridge was broken and so loud I to unplug it . Staff was so pre occupied with their phone / computer that they couldn’t even pay attention long enough to understand basic questions.

The whirlpool worked and was open until 11
I killed a cockroach in the room and it was dirty when we got there. There were so many dirty handprints on the windows we couldn’t see out of them. There were food crumbs everywhere. There was mold on the wall in the bathtub. The light was burned out or didn’t work by the door. The whirlpool had a ring around it and black mold or dirt on the depth markers. The paneling in the breakfast room by the door is rotting. The furniture and carpet are old and dated. Expected more for the price and the brand.

The location was perfect but the scramble eggs and sausage was terrible.
I couldn't eat it. Tasted like fake food.
Fresh fruit and yogurt was good. But the quality of the eggs and sausage were awful.

Convenient location
The bed bug spray under the check in counter. The im only here 2 days a week guy who didn’t seem to know anything at all like where to find a fresh blanket after a spill. The coffee tastes bad, breakfast was mediocre.

Food was plentiful and hot at any time I visited the breakfast area.
Plenty of grassy areas for my dog.
the price.
I originally reserved a king room at one price 2 weeks in advance but needed to change to a queen room closer to my check in date and my cost nearly doubled. Found out that there was a hot air balloon fest in town...

The location to the event I was traveling for
The amount I paid for that room was ridiculous compared to what was presented. The room was not cleaned from the people who were in it previously. The walls were so thin that the people in the room next to us mine as well have been in our room. You could hear everything. The beds were awful and again the sheets were not clean. I paid over $250 for one night for a terrible experience.

The jacuzzi was excellent
The customer service experience wasn't bad but it was not good. We didn't get the welcome that makes you actually believe that our business and choosing your establishment is appreciated and want us to choose you again.
Thank you for your time and the opportunity to speak to you.

I loved the jacuzzi tub in the room.
Wish the pool area was open 24 hours because we weren't coming through until late.

Only had eggs don't like waffles you get sick from the sausage
The last time we stayed there we told him the Jets in the hot tub was not working right you can't adjust them that's been over a year ago and they're still the same as they was a year ago we had the same room

arrived to check in before the theater. upon return there was no parking. had to park in handicapped space. expected to relax in the hot tub. as soon as we went to bed. the party started in the room next to the head of our bed and so it liked into the hallway. no answer as I call the desk I went down stairs and the party was coming down for more supplies I understand you can’t control people . but I would appreciate half of my cost. We left. around Midnight our evening ruined we returned home
