The room was not clean at all, they were doing construction on the same floor we were on, which was fine but why would they put someone there. We were the only one on that floor,

the breakfast could have been more robust.

Service, breakfast, location, quiet, comfortable bed, room was clean, plenty of coffee in room, temperature easy to control
Breakfast hours are too short, common spaces were dirty, room curtains were torn and stained, exterior pane of room window was broken, toilet had seat but no lid, like in a public restroom

There were hairs in the bathtub, stains of who knows what on the bed sheets and bathroom smelled like it was rotten. Completely overpriced for what I got. Never staying there again

Breakfast was just ok. Eggs were terrible. Not a lot of variety. Lol

Professional. Helpful. Clean. Great location.

Questionable people crawling the area, including the parking lot. Surrounded by vacant buildings in a residential neighborhood. excellent hotels just a few blocks away, but not knowing the area we chose this because it was closest to the venue.
Sheets had not been changed. Staff was so loud arguing with each other. Asked me to pay $50 cash for late checkout, then proceeded to call and knock anyway until we left. No amenities.

Room rate was excellent. Location was great being a few blocks from the center of downtown. Check in was easy and having parking was such a fabulous bonus. Breakfast was normal for the Comfort Inn, not exceptional but good.
I would like to have been able to check-in earlier than the 2pm even thought check-in is listed at 3pm. I had meetings and needed to leave Comfort Inn and return to check-in. I know that at times the hotels are booked up and early check-in is not feasible but the hotel was not busy on this day. Appreciated checking in when I was able too.

Location was convenient for our purposes and complimentary Breakfast was a bonus. Room was warm and beds were comfortable. In room coffee and tea making facilities were a bonus. Overall much as expected
Could do with a refurbish. Toilet in room stopped working and flooded bathroom floor. Maintenance failed to address after reporting and alternate showering and bathroom facility in gym had no shower curtain and cold water. Was offered alternate room when we returned late that evening but had to defer movement till next morning. Staff were sympathetic, but perhaps it should have been addressed with more priority?

It was easy to get to and it was a quiet room with comfortable beds.
It was very cold outside, but the room was way too hot. The thermostat was set at 75. When I tried to turn it down, the room temperature did not change.

Nothing
Blood floor, shower curtain broken off wall, phone did not work, stained sheets and pillows, white substance all over mirror, difficult staff, wish I would have taken photos.

The location of the property is great for what I needed.
I arrived late and very tired if working. I needed a place to sleep, but when I went to my room the lock of the door was broken.
It bothers me because I was traveling by myself. This things matter.
I do not think hotels understand how hard that business is. When you are tired away from home, and need a place to sleep that you pay around 90 to $ 100 dollars is because you have made the choice to pay more for - Service, Comfort, Security.
And you do not need:
1) Probably the son of the owner that is working the night shift and he does not want to be there, not care to treat you as important customer. Shout to me “use your card key… “ when I was just coming to take my room.
Then, the room had a broken lock, the tiles on the of the bathroom loose. Everything irritates you, but you are so tired you need to rest.
They won, bad service, rented room, because is close to the Western Michigan University Campus, and a part of Kalamazoo downtown that do not require outstanding service?

It was close to the event we were attending. The girl that checked us in was very nice.
It wasn’t clean. At all. Where’s the security for guests? There a card read to enter but the doors just open at all hours of the night. Why even have it? And if you’re not going to, why can you use the elevator without a key? No one was ever at the front desk (which I know is normal and they’ll eventually come out) when there’s just open access to the building?
Breakfast was disgusting and dried out. And the guy doing prep just kept… well not keeping up with anything. He has to be asked for utensils, coffee, the eggs, sausage, hot water… all of it. And it wasn’t busy by any means in that small room that can’t fit but a few people. Also out of forks… and he kept saying “No forks today” when people asked. I bought some plastic forks at Walgreens and threw them in there so people could enjoy their food and, you know, eat it without using their fingers.
Can I add… have a company come clean your windows maybe? They were gross. And why was the one in my room unlocked and slightly opened when I got there?
Smudges of something on the walls, dark stains on washcloths, the tissues were tucked away and when I went to grab them the top tissue was crusty and I don’t even want to know what was on it.
Dusty. Dusty. Dusty. There was dust all over the lamps, the dresser, the TV…
The bed sheets were… well I don’t think they were changed, honestly. I think the bed was just re-made. I was tired and we just needed a place to sleep. 0/10 minus the girl the checked us in. Very nice.
Next time I’ll stay at the Hilton like I normally do. This was just close to the event I was attending. Never make that mistake again.

the interaction with the front desk was … unremarkable, the breakfast area seemed not particularly appealing and overall the feel of the accommodation was… just sufficient. nothing to write home about. it’s ok for an overnight stay

We liked that it was in walking distance to the football stadium. The beds were pretty comfortable.
Our room air conditioner was very loud. The elevator was very slow. At times it took 5 minutes after the door would close to take you down several flights or did not run at all. There breakfast area was very small.
Can't upload video of how loud the air conditioner really was!!! You could not hear others talking in the room. Also, the bar right next door. It is listed as a restaurant. It is really a pick up bar. Motorcycles and cars revving up at 2:30 in the morning.

It was a short drive from a meeting I was attending.
The facility was run down and dirty. It smelled of overpowering air freshener. The air conditioner was extremely noisy. No one ever came to adjust or fix it.
