Nothing... Everything was perfect. Sad I couldn't book for Black Beach.

Very good

It was a last minute trip, it was an okay stay for the price. The night shift lady was very friendly.

It's been almost a week now and I still haven't been credited my $100 deposit ( upon checking out they make you stay while theroom is checked and everything was in order).

Right across from the beach in our favorite spot to hang out and eat. The people were very nice. They came and made our beds and took out our trash every day and we're polite

I didn't like that they said they offered breakfast and when we got there they told us that it was only offered if they were at half or more capacity. It was one of the main reasons we chose this place to stay.

No breakfast even though it was advertised on Booking.com that breakfast was included. The walls were pretty thin. Could hear the ppl beside us and above us.

I'd stay again if I were just ciming to visit the beach, if the normal rate applied.

The location was good. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable,

One of the reasons I reserved a room here is that it included breakfast. It did not. I could have stayed at Hampton a further bit down the road and gotten breakfast at the same price(which, from what I've read online, was double what it normally was this weekend). They had also already charged my card used to hold the reservation. It was okay, since we did not make it there until close to midnight, but I had wanted to use my bank card instead.

Well other guest let the kids play in the breakfast they did have . So no monitoring of that .

No breakfast. 100. Deposit was required. But no troubles getting it back and can pay the deposit in cash

No breakfast included (as advertised), grumpy staff, sub-par stay

No breakfast AS ADVERTISED in the hotel listing; grumpy staff; dirty box spring linens We requested a late check-out, as my husband ran the MS Gulf Coast half marathon that morning and we returned to the room for him to quickly shower before checking out. Not one, but two staff members hounded us, twice knocking to ask if we "would be checking out today." Wow! Show a little grace and compassion towards your customers. Oh, and please don't advertise that breakfast is included in the room rate, but then state that breakfast isn't being served because the hotel is "short staffed." Bologna. I wouldn't return.

for a quick stay it was ok.

location, large room. staff is super friendly

the room was clean but there were blood marks on a few walls. the bathroom door was broken on the inside.

It was very noisy outside. They had people playing music in the parking till after 12:00.

The management was very nice

Its kind of outdated but other than that its was a nice stay. Our tv didn't fit in the dresser it was supposed to sit in.

Our stay was great for what we paid until the last night we ordered pizza and 3 roaches came from no where I wrapped the pizza box in a towel to keep them away other than that our stay was good

Nice affords clean place

Right across from the beach. Laid back. Close to bars/restaurants and activities within walking distance.

The room was damp like the air unit didn’t have the ability to handle the humidity but other than that it was a good inexpensive place to stay near the gulf.
