Everything was good except for the fact that (even though I explained upon checking in that we may have to leave earlier

Never again

It was okay but I could have cancelled and went somewhere else I would have. The hotel looks nothing like the picture on the Internet.

The room was supposed to be pay when you get there. The drafted the money off the card before check in. After the appearance of the hotel was suspect and requested a refund they said it would take 2-3 business days. It was JSU homecoming weekend and they began to jack the price of the rooms up. My son has a reservation as well but they cancelled his room when they ran his card. Again we were supposed to pay upon arrival. Never again!!!

Well treated at hotel and well rested when I departed.

Value for price paid. Safe location. Good curb appeal. Helpful staff. Calm place. No drama. A little breakfast available which I need before taking morning meds. Nice large room refrigerator. Decaf coffee was available for in room use which is rare at economy hotels. Convenient and plentiful electric outlets.

No newspaper available either in dining room or in a rack for purchase. Mattress was acceptable but not great. Bed covering and blanket looked a bit worn.

The room and the bathroom were clean--very good. The beds uncomfortable; the breakfast inadequate.

Offer a greater variety of muffins, danish. Offer some scrambled eggs, in addition to hardboiled eggs. Perhaps offer some meat--bacon or sausage. Offer bagels.

Provide better, more comfortable pillows. Provide better quality sheets and blankets.

the stay was decent for the price.

I liked the location.

toilet itself was not clean unless the stains won’t come out. bathroom should have grab bars senior or not.

Overall, hotel is okay for the price. Needs to be cleaned better. Walls dirty.

Breakfast very limited.

At booking it stated I would pay for the room charges upon arrival. I realized at checkout that I had been charged for the room since 10/24/22 and checked in on 10/28/2022.

Location and was cheap

Bed felt like a box spring, wasn't clean. Ceiling was peeling off. Only had 2 towels for 2 people for 2 days

Exceptional

Staff and room was excellent. Rooms remind me of a studio apartment. Staff were nice. Great porch for smoking and relaxing. Breakfast was ok. Not much there to my liking but it was laid out nicely and pretty good coffee (Community). Will stay there again. Oh, and room was clean. I was surprised about shower curtain was clean. Most places they are not.

Mattress was very firm, again to my likings. And the soap, lotion and shampoo wasn't my cup of tea, but at least they supplied them.

Great place to stay!

Room was large. They actually had a coffee maker with a 4-cup pot and good coffee! Very well appointed!
