a bit outdated

Very clean, new furniture, etc. Bed was comfortable, towels were fluffy, etc. Staff was friendly and helpful!
I was a little disappointed in the breakfast. It was much the same as other hotels's, just not a hot breakfast. (I was veerrrry hungry, so maybe that's why 😂)

The room was what we needed for a one night stay as a stopover on our way further east. We booked a small room but we picked that as we were using it only for sleeping - late arrival, early departure. .The room was modern, clean, and the bed comfortable. The staff at the front desk was great - could not have asked for more. The hotel is on the outskirts of Missoula which was fine with us since we were driving through without sightseeing. There were plenty of restaurants and services close to the property.
For a newer or updated hotel, it stood out that the sink in the bathroom was damaged as if someone had dropped something in it and chipped it. It was ok for our short stay but if we were staying longer we would have mentioned it to the staff and asked for a different room.
Breakfast was pretty limited but good enough to get some coffee and basic continental breakfast to start the day before heading out.

Comfortable bed, clean room, courteous staff.
AC wasn’t working, breakfast was very dull, no eggs options, just sweet options all the way.

Breakfast was good the waffle maker needed more spray the waffles tore apart when you opened the lid.
No towels, only wash cloth & hand towel.
Bathroom smelled of urine!
We arrived during the storm all was pitched black
Suggestion ..have little hand LED lights at the desk turn in at desk.We had no power for phone lights just enough to climb up 3 flights of stairs to room. I almost fell on the stairs due to poor lighting.I’m an Senior CitizenJust saying..
This will happen again I hope this will help others..
The bed was the most comforting just right.
Thank you for asking to share my stay there.

Friendly front desk. Right off freeway. Separate sink from toilet. Good bed and pillows. Good furniture and TV.
The sink, shower were shabby and subpar.

The cleanliness in the breakfast area could have been better.

They accept pets...which only applies to dog owners not cats or other furry pet. We checked on wanted to stay one more night but the morning staff refused us because we had a cat not a dog?
If accept pets be more specific for Dogs Only!!

a relatively new hotel, outside old city, in a new developed area. good location.
somebody messed up with my reservation, either the hotel or the Booking.com. Took extra effort to settle

Breakfast was fine. Need a sign out on Reserve so people can see the motel better.

Staff were very pleasant. Our room was not clean and the staff were able to find us a cleaner room with no issues.
There was an odour in our initial room and the carpet was wet. We thought it may have been dog pee that was cleaned up. The hotel was outdated but our new room was definitely renovated.

Room was a little small.

The staff was very nice and helpful.
I liked the little store with snacks and essentials, I just wish it was a little bigger. Otherwise, everything was great!

The room was very nice and the bed comfortable. We had a view of the mountains and they were beautiful.
The continental breakfast was a joke. The only thing that was hot was if you wanted a waffle. The bagels were in plastic wrap, as were the donuts. No biscuits and gravy, no eggs unless you wanted cold boiled eggs.
We were there for a softball tournament and my husband needed a nutritious breakfast! No cold nothing.
We had returned to the hotel after a very hot and tiring day at the field. We had stopped to get food to go to take back to the room to eat and go to bed. We got to our room and the key card wouldn’t work. My husband went back to the front desk and told the female desk clerk that we couldn’t get in our room. She told him that he needed to show his ID before she would fix his card! He informed her that his ID was in the room!!!
He had to come back up to the hall where I was and I had to go back down to show my ID! I was not happy. She told me that it was policy! I say to hell with policy since the other lady at the desk had visited with us the night before for a good 30 minutes and knew EXACTLY WHO WE WERE. WILL NOT RECOMMEND NOR RETURN EVER AGAIN,

The air conditioner was not functioning and when we asked for a different room, we were told there weren't any. It was 98 degrees outside and 90 degrees in our room. When we spoke with the front desk, we were told no fans were available and the front desk woman said "Well I can't go crawling around in the air conditioner to fix it." When we spoke again with the front desk the next morning we were told non-functioning air conditioners were "common" and the manager would "definitely NOT issue a credit or refund."

nothing.

my first room was either not cleaned properly or someone had been in there while I was gone for about 5 hours. I had dropped my stuff off and had stayed maybe 30 mins before I was gone for most of the evening. when I returned there was a huge mess of crumbs all over the bed but the bed wasn’t messed up, hair in the shower and I hadn’t shower as well as a used towel on the floor behind the garbage. when I went down to the front desk they were quick to give me a new room and were very kind… however they did not care to listen to my concerns when I did try to explain why I was freaked out. for $160 the room should at least be cleaned.

Good value; breakfast was average.

I liked at breakfast that they had hard boiled eggs in the morning and decent coffee. They also had a good assortment of baked goods that my son liked.
Some breakfast meat would be good. All the breakfast were packaged/heat and eat items. Some hot food would be nice as seen at other properties (bacon, sausage, or biscuits and gravy).

I was charged 200 dollars for a deposit just because I live in Missoula
But the email said 100 this is discrimination so I didn't stay at the motel I went somewhere else but they charge me a fee anyway I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I AM SUEING YOUR BUISNESS

Quiet, nice breakfast.
When I arrived, there was a dead Pigeon in the parking lot. I told the Front Desk about it, and they took care of it right away.

Room were very nice, clean and comfortable there was a microwave and refrigerator in our room and for only costing a little more then the Motel 6 here the room was great. It was nice to have breakfast in the morning and all together it was a great stay for the price we paid

Breakfast was mediocre at best.
Place seems to be out of touch with modern day facilities.
