Friendly staff but needs a lot of work with housekeeping and updating

Front desk was super and management was quick to make things ok but I would absolutely pick somewhere else to stay

Disgusting is as nice as i can be without using explicit language, I bought my own cleaning supplies to clean the room if that gives you an idea

I was in my room less than 5 minutes before putting my belongings in my car and leaving.

Nothing.

The place was very run down, with people hanging out in the parking lot. I found my room to be unsatisfactory, and was treated rudely by staff when I asked for my money back. The rate is high for what it is.

Would not recommend to anyone. Very disappointing

It was close to hospital

They charged more than I was quoted on booking. Bathroom shower wad unclean and full of black mold. Breakfast was dismal. Toast and oatmeal. Staff checking in was not nice.

Very convenient & close to where I needed to be

Wasn't as clean as it could could have been. I was unable to get a ground floor room (nobody's fault) & I believe the bed was made with damp bedding. Didn't bother me, just something I noticed.

for $120 you would expect something better than Motel 6

The motel had airport pick up and drop off. There was breakfast of waffles, toast, cereal, juice and coffee. The location was close to the airport and there was a good restaurant next to the motel. The bed was comfortable and the shower had hot water. WiFi worked well.

This property expensive for what you get. It is a little used. The furniture was old with damage. The TV did not work with the remote- the staff probably could have repaired but we decided to use our computer for entertainment. The coffee maker was missing the filter so we could not use. The occupants upstairs came in at 1:00 in the morning and paced until 6:00 it was hard to sleep. The air conditioner was loud so we decided not to use it.

We booked this place because they had shuttle service, only to find out the shuttle only start at 7h00 in the morning, and we needed to be at the airport at 5h00, they just pulled up there shoulders

Poor

Carpets need to be shampooed and floors washed, poor lighting, lamp out of commission. If this place was renovated and amenities upgraded, it would be a nice place to stay. Close to baseball stadium and near to the large hospital.

The floor was dirty, the doors noisy when locking. The airport shuttle had a breakdown or this was one of the reasons of my booking. The landline phone didn't work properly.

Everything was good except I couldn't get 4 days in a row. Not knowing when my son would be released from the hospital I had to go day by day. Therefore I had to change hotels.

Very lucky to get a room for a single. All single rooms were taken in Billings and didn’t want to pay for a room for 4 p

Only place I could get a room for a single person for a state basketball tournament. 😜Should have tried month ago but weather been weird this year and didn’t think roads be good to travel so I blame myself for the late reservation in Billings.

Parking is tight. It’s a old place. They are trying to fix the place up but I’m thinking they are having trouble with financing.

It is as fine.

I did not realize it had once been a smoking allowed facility. It smelled of stale smoke, but it didn’t prevent me from sleeping.

Convenient for Billings Logan airport. Staff were on hand to provide transportation to the airport at 0500h which was reassuring. Convenient location for local restaurants and bars.

Hotel was a little faded and looked as if it needed new carpets and a lick of paint.

Do yourself a favor - don’t stay here!

The only positive thing about this stay was the receptionist was very nice.

Everything! It was absolutely filthy and disgusting. None of the light fixtures had covers, just bare bulbs. The shower was moldy and gross. The very inexpensive shower curtain was filthy and gross. There were many people loitering around, including obvious prostitutes. People apparently live there and sit around in lawn chairs drinking beer near the parking lot at all hours. It is not safe for women or anyone for that matter. The area is just gross.

The non smoking room smelled like a smoking room, The internet did not work, the walls were chipping away and in need of repair. When I arrived at check in, I could tell the hotel was generally dirty and old and I wanted to stay at a different place. I was told I would be charged full rate whether or not we stayed there so we did. It was an uncomfortable night with no working internet

Location was good.

The bathrooms need up dating. The drain in the tub was real slow, the tub started to fill while showering. Need more countertop space in bathroom.
