Loud

The facility was clean, the rooms were clean. Parking was good.

They placed a team of 60 kids on the floor it was so noisy and we did not get any sleep. It was extremely upsetting.

Rude, too far off the highway and definitely NOT worth the money!

The two ladies that checked us out on May 2nd gave outstanding customer service!

The man that checked us in was rude and absolutely unhelpful! When we told him the tv didn’t work, he said,”yeah. We have a lot of new stuff. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t “. No discounted room and he wouldn’t let us change rooms either. The charge at reservation time, non refundable and are NOT pet friendly as advertised.

Room cleanliness and function is what I would expect in a dirty motel 6, but cost twice as much!

The rooms have carpet and not hard floors, which was a contributing factor in staying here.

Trash(water balloons) and pet hair on floors, not vacuumed. TV did not work. turned out to be a bad remote control. Staff said they would tell the manager about it. How about keeping a few spare remotes on hand?

Rooms are clean and quiet.

Homeless people at breakfast were dirty and stuffing their pockets with food. We won't be back until they quit housing them.

Could have been better

The staff was friendly. Kids liked the pool. The location was perfect for our activities.

After traveling 7 hours to check in at 10 pm with my kids, we got placed in a dirty room. After lugging our stuff to another room with a broken light. I told them they did nothing.

Get what you pay for.

Great location and cheap rates

Room was covered in dust, heat wad off so it was 56 when we checked in, and they just did carpets and floors were drenched. Few bulbs burnt out and still had trash nextro tables.

needs updating. smoke alarm in the room disconnected and laying on cabinet. when I told the receptionist she noted but showed no concern for safety.

Excellent staff and hotel manager.

Hotel has had no money spent on it in ages. It looks run down and the rooms and common parts and lift all urgently need refurbishment. The breakfast was very limited, awful and largely inedible.
