The location

The breakfast was nothing to choose from and the milk was bad the first morning made my grandchild sick

Didn't receive Wake up call at 6 30 was late for work

Beds were super comfortable.

Included breakfast was very sparse.

Bugs, stain on blanket, not a hot breakfast, hardly any choices, beds too small 😑

Room was nasty and gross. Bed frame had food smeared on it. Bed had locks of hair in it and stains on the sheets and pillows. Trash wasn't even touched. Ask the man up front if the room bad been clean, all he could say was well was the bed made. He offered us another room we looked at it and there was little black and yellow bugs in the bed. I walked up to the front desk and told him and we asked for a full refund. He told us we wouldn't be charged but it would take 4 to 5 days to go back and we would have to contact booking.com to make sure we didn't get charged on there end. This was a horrible experience and we are very disappointed.

Sheets had little tears, one pillow case was worn so you could see through it, hairs in the bed. Juice machine didn't work. Regular coffee was empty and seemed to take forever to find someone to make more. Breakfast that was advertised was a joke. When I came to check in it took forever for someone to come to the front desk. They had a little bell that you could ring but it took too long for someone to come. It is hard to displease me but enough is enough. I have never had this kind of experience at other Quality Inn's.

Location is good, everything is close in the city.

2nd floor access is just stairs, I dont mind walking but with luggage is hard.

I normally dont do bad reviews but please think twice about going here esp with kids. When we got there to check in the night time guy was rude and very seemed bothered I was there. I gave him my confirmation number and pin, he looked at it said he did not have it and we should leave and come back later. (We just drove 10 hours and i had booked about 2 hours before we arrived) !!! I asked him to look again since it was confirmed we really had no where to go it was getting late and we have kids. He was like no its not in the system come back later!! At this point i lost my cool a bit and explained.. a little more on his level of disrespect that I was tired and want my room! He finally looked at my drivers license and said oh yeah your reservation is right here! I know we should have left but $140 room and no refund for cancelling I wasn't gonna do it! We finally got to a filthy room, pubic hair in the tub and on bathroom floor, looked like soda sticky all dried in the sink and all over the mirror and counter. The hallways had pieces of toilet paper all through it and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a week. Our floor was sticky, and the end table were filthy along with the lamps I mean filthy..I literally took the wash clothes and soap and washed the everything the best i could! I did check for bed bugs or any bugs at this point.. didn't find any but we did decide to bring in our own bedding! Sleep was minimal but enough to get a little rest and continue on our journey. As for free breakfast lol lol ... Best part of this stay was literally the sweetheart of a check out lady!! She was kind and understanding about what i explained above and over all she was just that sunshine i needed to start the day in a better mood..
