Will not stay at any other choice hotel ever again.

They had the yogurt that I like. Rest of the breakfast options didn't look appealing.

Numerous bugs in the room. Mattress was horrible.

RUN!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

The door frame was very damaged looked like someone broke in to it. There was chewed gun stuck on the wall and feces all over the wall by the bathroom. Absolutely disgusting! I had to ask for a refund and find a different hotel for my family. The staff was very rude and the manager was worse!

Rude management and dirty room

The shower was dirty when we got there. The manager was rude The next morning when we told him it was dirty. He threatened to call the police but only sent staff to clean it instead of switching rooms.

The cleanliness was our issue. The shower curtain was covered with mould at the bottom and it did not appear that the tub had been cleaned and the bathroom floor was not clean.

We were unable to stay here due to the poor upkeep of the facility and poor management. Do not use.

The person working the front desk did her best to assist us despite clearly not being given an appropriate level of support by the management of the facility. Her efforts to assist were literally the only good thing about the location.

The facilities are run down, with trash and debris everywhere outside of the rooms. The room we were given was heavily smoked in despite supposedly being a non-smoking room. We had requested two queen beds and would have been given two twins had we chosen to stay there. Due to the horrendous condition of the room, we attempted to get another only to find out that the hotel had overbooked and had no appropriate rooms available to us (unless we had been willing to sleep in a broken bed and not be able to take a shower due to a missing shower head in another also run-down room), forcing us to find lodgings elsewhere. While we acknowledge the hotel does not have full control over their customers, there were multiple individuals in the front desk area behaving in an aggressive manner that created a sense of unease and insecurity. We are still awaiting a refund of our payment through Booking.com and are very dissatisfied with how difficult it is to get a refund for a situation that was clearly at the fault of the hotel, as the hotel claims it is a Booking.com issue and Booking.com claims that it is an issue with the hotel. We do not recommend staying here under any circumstances.

old, not maintained, shower leaked down the wall & maintenance did nothing, I was in corner room by stairs which had people in & out door to smoke. sheets smelled

Great location & value

Location, smoking room options, great friendly staff, easy access with parking & on/off hwy without the noise.

Should have requested a ground floor room. I will with next booking. Blow dryer unit was non existent (torn off wall?)

NEVER AGAIN! ITS ONE THING TO SAY YOU OWN A HOTEL. BUT ITS ANOTHER TO ACTUALLY HAVE ONE TO BE PROUD

The staff was very friendly. The location was ok.

Well, I stay all across America, and this was one of the worst stays i have had. The room stunk like musty cigarette smoke, feet, and curry! The bed felt like I was laying on box springs. And the bedding was very stiff and uncomfortable. Based on the appearance, I wasn't about to eat breakfast. I never ask for much, and I NEVER leave reviews! So...clearly, this was bad. I do require it be worth the money. Was no where near worth the price I paid!

The place was filthy and smelly. We ended up going someplace else. Very disappointing.

The place was a real pit. We ended up going to a different hotel. Hopefully we got our money back. This will serve as a reminder and I’ll check.

Affordable

There were crumbs between the sheets and a half eaten bag of doritos on the microwave. The fridge wasn't on and the room was sweltering. It took a bit for the room to cool down once it the ac was turned on due to the temperature. There were also people shouting and yelling outside until 1 am.

We stopped here for one night on our drive from CT to MI.

That it allowed pets.

Front desk worker was not very friendly. Dead bugs in our bathroom. Bathroom tub is stained and needs to be replaced. Landscaping of this property is lacking - overgrown shrubs, weeds, and grass. Garbage lined the edge of the property. Room had a musty and stale smoke odor. Bedbugs in sheets.

I was not happy at all. They put us in the wrong room and the staff was not nice or helpful.

The room should have been cleaner, and more helpful.
