Würde dies nie mehr buchen, alles alt und sanierungsbedürftig, Pool schmutzig, vom Aussenbereich ganz zu schweigen.

Einzig die sehr engagierte Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption.

This is our third year staying there and it was just like the first year so pleasant enjoying relaxi

Love the outdoor area so relaxing and the breakfast was a bonus

The mayflies were a little annoying but that comes with anywhere around the lake it's that time of year

The air freshener smell was horrible and too strong. The carpet was damp and dirty and musty. The outside looked terrible and all this for 200 per night! Awful 😞

Non attentive staff, unsanitary, bugs all

Friendly staff.

I had stayed here over the weekend with a group of friends. upon checking in, we found multiple bugs in the room, on the walls, by the bath tub, and in the bed. The staff wasn’t very accommodating when we had asked for cots for friends to sleep on since I had only gotten 1 king bed for 4 people nor were they assisting us very well with our situation. When my friend and I went to the front desk to ask for a bucket for ice, the man in the front looked at us like we were crazy and like he had no idea what we were talking about. They did not have buckets for ice provided in the room for us either. I stayed in room 116 at your hotel, I am hoping for some kind of reimbursement for my poor experience.

Beautiful hotel with fun amenities, limited breakfast options

The hot tub and pool were both enjoyable, the indoor pool was comfortably warm. Breakfast included and area to make your own waffle area with butter and syrup. Inside of the hotel is wonderful and check in was easy, Becky went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable.

Breakfast options were too limited (besides waffles, there were two cereal options and yogurt), small areas of the hotel were dirty, like rust behind the sink in our room. The blankets in the rooms were a little thin, but the temperature of the rooms was nice. The hallway was very warm, as if there was no air conditioning in the halls.

I like the the bathroom it was pretty the bed was contherble and the view was amazing the set up at the room made me feeling I was at how and the staff worked with me for whatever I needed

It was a quick overnight stay. Easy to get to sleep. Very little noise.

The location was good but the food selection poor. It was a Saturday morning & there were no eggs or meat choices.

The breakfast, otherwise fine.

I couldn’t open my window. Around the window seal was dirty. Pool looked dirty. Most of the side doors were broke. Always it was debris around and under the stairs. Like appliances that don’t work anymore.

I would probably not stay here again.

The room was large and relatively clean.

The bed was extremely hard, and all the outside windows in the hotel were filthy and covered with dead bugs and cobwebs. So much so that you could hardly see out of some of the windows in the stairwell and hallway. The breakfast was very sparse and the coffee was about the worst coffee I've ever had.
