Comfort Suites was excellent

Clean, reasonable hotel with lots of space to spread out and staff was really great too. Breakfast was excellent for hotel breakfast.

I have nothing to offer as a dislike

This place is going on my list to stay again.

My room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were so soft. Breakfast was mostly good as well.

Loud neighbors but that wasn’t the hotels fault.

The rooms are hot or miss. We’ve stayed in better rooms but this one was really gross.

The rooms are spacious.

The room was not clean. There were splatters of something on the couch, the chair was ripped, the pull out mattress was filthy. It was $244 for the night in Springfield, Or which was crazy expensive especially for what we got.

Easy access to freeway, very kind and helpful staff, clean and comfortable.

Thanks for a fun girl's trip!

Staff at front desk were always friendly, welcoming and helpful. Any time I called the front desk I got an answer right away, the person who answered was always polite and was able to answer my questions quicly. Cleaning staff are rock stars! Welcome note from cleaning staff when we entered our room let us know they care about our experience and asking for anything was welcome. Everything in our room worked. Everything smelled and looked clean and crisp.

The room could use more lighting. It's probably because I'm old but it seemed dim even with all the lights on.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was full and and hot. Hotel room was CLEAN and nice had fridge and microwave. The hotel location is great lots of things around and of course great price!!

Worth every penny

Rooms weʻre clean, check in & out was smooth. Breakfast was the best part of our day!

The hotel was booked so parking was a little bit on the downside for us but at least they had back doors for people who parked farther.

Consistently clean with great staff, and safe comfortable rooms.

Fresh warm cookies at front desk. Friendly staff, clean room and close to everything. I have to say for being an older place, this comfort inn never disappoints.

minor wear and tear issues like the lock on back door by pool, and parking sometimes sucks when there are out of town construction company workers staying there. Still great place.
