Overall an enjoyable two-night stay

The room itself was great, beds, TV, bathroom, closet, pretty much everything. The common areas of the hotel were amazing! The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts we had on our trip. The location was really interesting, it's right at the foot of the Ravenal Bridge, and only half a mile from Point Pleasant. Easy access to lots of stuff!

Two items to note here, they were kind of random but we remember them. Two of the three hotel clerks were super nice, but the third was rude to my wife - she mentioned this to the other clerks. Also, one of the boilers broke down on our last day, my wife's shower was barely lukewarm. Again, stuff happens but my wife was not happy with our stay here.

It was okay.

Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Beds were okay. Pool was clean.

Pillows were horrible. Wasn’t the cleanest floor, unidentifiable stains- one was red. Dead frog in the bathroom.

Mount Plesant Trip

The location is excellent. It is near everything we wanted to do. The staff was very nice.

You can tell the hotel is getting older. It could use some remodeling. You can tell they replaced part of the floor around the air conditioner.

This was our third time staying at this hotel. We love it.

The breakfast was wonderful as usual. This was my third time staying at this hotel.

My bed was uncomfortable. It made my back hurt in the mornings. It seemed like an older mattress. The mattress is usually very comfy.

It was ok.

Breakfast was good. Rooms were remodeled and clean but smelled musty.

Pool area although clean very small. No place to really relax outside. Wish we could have some fresh air in the rooms. Carpets in the hallway need to be replaced.

Gutes Hotel

Frühstück war - für Amerika - sehr gut. Gute Auswahl und geschmacklich ok. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, allerdings auch sehr hellhörig. Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Lage ist, für eine Städtetrip nach Charleston, sehr gut.

Gut gelegenes, sauberes Motel mit gutem Frühstück

Super und ruhige Lage. In näherer Umgebung einige Restaurants und Shops. Nach Down Town nur ca. 10 Min und nach Boone Hall auch nur etwa 20Min. Das Frühstück war ganz passabel mit frischem Obst.

Dusche in der Badewanne hätte mal ein touch up nötig.

This trip was to celebrate our thirtieth wedding anniversary. All in all the stay was enjoyable.

Convenient to attractions and restaurants. Staff was very cordial and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the lady who serviced the breakfast room. Breakfast was good and provided a lot of variety.

There was quite a bit of traffic noise and no view to speak of.

Quiet, clean, and comfortable.

The gentleman at the front desk was great! He was very friendly and suggested a restaurant my husband and myself will return to Mt. Pleasant just to have a meal. We stayed here before taking a cruise. Beautiful place to visit.

Traffic to the hotel was bad. Bumper to bumper from Charleston.

Good all round comfortable place to stay. Set out well, good parking.

Room size, parking, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good,

I thought the lady replenishing the breakfast area was a bit rude to guests including myself. When asking for something the response was not conducive to professionalism. Other than that the receptionist was excellent .

It won’t blow you away but at this price point, it’s expected. Awesome location. Very close to downtown and the beaches

Never, ever again

I cannot come up with 2 sentences for what I liked about this facility. They served good grits and it was a convenient location.

Very uncomfortable for 2 days. Upon arrival, parking lot has poor lighting. I knew pulling in I would not sleep well but it was late and hubby will sleep anywhere. I also didn't want to lose all the money I paid. It was ridiculously expensive for the gross accommodations. You definitely are not getting good value for the money. Old, musty, damp, everything is outdated, linens were not fresh and even the "fresh" ones were stained, carpet and furnishings old and they have roaches aka palmetto bugs aka big azz roaches. It was damp in the lobby and there a was a guest complaining about seeing a roach. She was a foreigner and they were trying to explain it away - roaches (palmetto bugs) and dampness due to recent storms. Nobody wants to hear that!! Palmetto bugs might sound good for the locals but it's a roach, a huge roach. This place needs a reno, at least update the bedding. The sofa was so stained I didn't really want to put my belongings on it and I didn't sit on it. It was all just gross. You're paying for the location - Patriots Point, but you can go out a few miles further west and get much better deals. You'll still be in close proximity to what you need and traffic is minimal. I do not trust Booking.com reviews. Visit Google and other sites for the real deal on reviews. This is a bad look for the Comfort Suites brand.

Great location, parking was always available, and the breakfast was good. The room was clean and spacious.

The carpet had a moldly smell to it. The ac filter probably needed to be changed also. Beds were uncomfortable, too.

I would not stay here again. The hotel, including our room was damp and musty and smelled because of it.

The location is the good thing about this property.

The location was good. We could either drive to get downtown or take the water taxi, which was very convenient. We were pleased overall. Sarah at the front desk was super nice and provided excellent customer service.

The bathroom was small, but nothing can be done about this. Maybe something to consider next time when the hotel gets renovated.

I want to give special Thank You to the Lady Manager?(owner)? there. My Aunt made reservations the night before our arrival on the 7/20/23. When she arrived I reminded her she already had a room with me. The man at the desk said she would've had to cancel within 72 hours. In order to be refunded. How could she when the reservation had just made less that 14 hours ago. Well she asked for the Manager a VERY VERY Professional woman spoke with my aunt regarding her concern and worked it out ver professionally. The manager made it VERY obvious to see treats every guest with the same care and concern. Our Family enjoyed the hotel gathering room as well. OUR FAMILY REUNION PLANNERS PICKED A GREAT PLACE. 🌟

The only concern I didn't like was out of hotels control. They assisted us with that as well.

This is my second stay at this motel. The staff is always friendly and helpful and I enjoyed my stay

The breakfast was very good and the lady who serves is outstanding!

The heavy curtains don't close and we would have liked more privacy especially being on the 1st floor.
