Disappointed.

The layout of the room and the beds were very comfortable!

The room smelt old and musty. Pull out couch sheet was dirty. Extra blanket was stained and yellow. Won’t be back.

The price was good, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

The breakfast was pretty good. There were lots of options and my kids enjoyed it.

The location was right on the highway. There were a lot of sketchy characters at the hotel. Some watched my teenage daughters while they swam, some blatantly took pictures of them. It did not feel like a safe environment for women or girls.

35.00 a night pet fee is crazy!!! Have had trouble with staff double charging card and when I brought it up the were very rude about it and held the extra charge for 5 days!!!

The Quality Inn was a part of why our trip was so nice….our dog loved it also…

The breakfast was amazing…the young lady was very attentive and made sure everything was kept filled…families were really enjoying each other while eating breakfast….

The Wi-Fi kept going out…

I was totally surprised at the breakfast. Offerings were excellent. Did not expect that at all.. We Would stay there again definitely

Error from the bedroom, which is where the unit was located did not flow through to the living room.Very well needs to have a separate air unit for the living area

Nice location, could definitely be cleaned and taken care of better.

LOVED the location.

Didn’t like the noise coming from the street and neighboring guests. My kids ran around barefoot in the room and their feet were black after a little while; carpets could use a good shampooing. The couch cushions in the room were filthy, definitely needs washed. Opened the dresser drawer in the room and it was dirty. Didn’t bother opening the rest.

Adequate for our time in Pigeon Forge. Provided a clean and warm place for us to stay.

Linnens/towels were clean and fresh. Breakfast had a good variety and was good.

It is a older hotel. Could use some remodeling.

This was a terrible experience and I put that on a list of places to never book again.

I was very disappointed with the room we were checked into. The bed linens were stained, with what appeared to be blood stain on one comforter. The room smelled musty and there was a terrible odor in the restroom. Ceiling tiles in restroom were loose and moved over. The fan made a very loud and disturbing noise when I turned it on. The bathtub/shower was dirty. Clearly this is a very dated facility, but there’s no excuse for the filth!!! I could not stay in the room!! We had my ten month old grandchild with us and there’s no way I would have felt comfortable and safe staying there. I told the attendant I just couldn’t stay, showed her pictures of the bedding I had taken and left.

Our stay was fantastic and stress free. 😊

Rooms were clean and much larger than expected. Staff were very attentive, we had issue with our reservation at check-in (error on my part where I booked 3 rooms instead of 2). The property could have charged me for the extra room but quickly and happily took care of the issue which I greatly appreciated. We also had an issue with one of the rooms and notified the front desk - someone arrived in less than 5 minutes to fix the issue. I can’t express how friendly and helpful every single staff member we encountered were which was greatly appreciated.

The property was great honestly. A very minor suggestion would be to put TV Channel Guide in each room as it took us awhile to find preferred programs. Again this is a minor detail but would be very helpful to guests particularly those with children trying to locate certain programs (ie: cartoons and other appropriate channels).

Nice stay

The room was spacious. The beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. Quick drive to the convention center. Great value for the price. Clean and comfortable.

The bathroom could use a little update. The bathroom fan didn't work and the shower head was low, if you are under 5'5" it would be okay.
