I was very surprised at how clean this hotel was. For the price I didn’t expect as much. Loved that there were no carpets on the floors. Looked as though it had been freshly remodeled. Will definite stay here again.

I wish they had a swimming pool.
Other tenants I could hear fighting in the middle of the night.

N/A on breakfast. The motel is clean and quiet with great staff and ample parking. It is easily accessible from the loop around Nacogdoches. The parking is close to the rooms.
Unfortunately they do not have any accessible rooms for those guests who need handrails and easy access tubs and king beds on the first floor. That makes getting a first floor room guarantee difficult as you cannot reserve it in advance. No provisions have been made for handicapped or accessible rooms.

Nicely updated, exceptionally clean.
I just don't like rooms with out door entrances, that's not the hotels fault.

Location was convenient for why I was in town. Service was great and friendly.
Nothing much I didn't like about it. Was comfortable for me and my family. Thanks again!!

Clean and peaceful.
You can still hear the traffic outside while sleeping. But the bed is comfy so I still got good rest.

Clean, friendly staff, ready for check-in early
No clock in the room. Room door felt like it wouldn't shut all the way...could see light around door.

Decent value, close to where I needed to be.
Ac was super noisy, lots of road noise being near the highway. Tolerable, but took some getting used to. It got cool enough in the evening to turn off the ac.

The location was good. It was clean for a motel type of stay
The air conditioner barely worked which was bad in the 90 degree heat.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The cost was great, but the old adage is right, you get what you pay for...
1. We had no light in the bathroom for the whole first night, making it impossible to get ready at the bathroom sink.
2. When pulling up to our room, we were greeted by our next-door neighbor sitting outside of the room drinking beers in the desk chair. Three hours later when we returned from dinner, he was still there but this time with several empty bottles...that doesn't make people feel safe and the management should've done something, IMO.
3. Parking near the room is hard to come by after 9 pm and there is a lack of handicapped parking.

The A/C worked great but did have a bad mildew

We encountered great staff in every capacity. The managers should be proud of them for their hospitality, knowledgeable and helpful, awesome attitudes. The fact is that the motel room is kept very clean by their housekeepers and the room maintained at a high quality for sleeping, visiting, enjoying refreshments, and grooming oneself at a certainly respectable comfort level. The decor has been updated which is attractive and creates a positive impression for the guest as well. Thank you for the value because it helps some of us to be able to take this fun and interesting trip to Nacogdoches with all it's historical aspects and, of course, The Blueberry Bluegrass and Festival !!! Many blessings to you all. We would love to be your guests again.
