Only stayed one night, probably will not stay there again

Staff very friendly

Dirty walls in room, didn’t have regular coffee in room, sticky substance covering half of desk. Room not cleaned well

I picked this hotel so that my kids could go to the carnival and swim at the hotel.

The comfort and cleanliness

The indoor pool was freezing cold all three days . I had to spend more money to find other activities for the kids

I didn’t care for the breakfast. Bed were very hard.

We didn’t get a good rest because the beds were so very uncomfortable.

Good hotel in a decent location.

High ceiling made room look big.

Somewhat outdated. Room was small door lock was engaged upon entry. Employee used string to disengage it.

we always stay here when in town. Beds are so comfortable.

the room we stayed in last was on the 1st floor. the a/c made a terrible noise and kept me awake all night. will request a different room next time if this occurs.

We enjoyed our stay.

Beds are comfy, very quiet place and friendly staff and guests. Very clean and Breakfast was good as well. We enjoyed our stay.

The hot tub was out of order. :(

DISGUSTING, not clean at all, obvious mold issue, very unhappy with our stay

The location was the only part we enjoyed about our stay

Bedding smelled like stale musty water Breakfast was not good, stay away from the coffee and especially their juice bar - it smelled and tasted like dirt (mold) There was an obvious mold issue in the room itself, I absolutely hated showering. The moment you turn on the water the bathrooms smelled like dirt including the sink. The fan made it so much worse we couldn’t even use it which I’m sure only adds problem to the mold. They need to retile the shower and get an inspector in there. It was clear no one cleaned the room before we arrived but instead dowsed the carpet with Pine Sol or Fabulosa to give the appearance of cleanliness, the aroma insulted our senses every time we entered the room. However we wiped down the common surfaces ourselves when we first arrived and each wipe came up DIRTY. The AC/heater had a thick layer of black soot and it made me cringe every time we had to use it, and since the windows won’t open we couldn’t air out the room so it got stuffy fast. I’m sad to say I loathed staying in our room and was very disappointed given how much money we paid for our stay. Won’t happen again. It’s worth it to find a cleaner well kept hotel and pay a little more than risk it at Comfort Suites.

I enjoyed my stay here. It fit my needs very well. Tyler is a pleasant community.

Location is fine. Breakfast was ok. The overall accommodations were very nice.

Location

The public rooms smelled bad when we arrived -- they were cleaning the floors with something smelly. Or room was worse, though! It smelled gross, kind of like a locker room. My sisters were at the same hotel and first had a moldy room on the 2nd floor. They were moved to the first floor, and their room stunk, too. We didn't try the breakfast. The hotel seemed ok otherwise, but the bad smells just ruined it. Plus it was overpriced for what it was even if it didn't smell bad. Never again!

The bed was Hard as a ROCK! I hurt all weekend. Even our 11yr. old daughter complained about the bed.
