Not worth the price

Clean

Not enough towels, when we asked for more they said they didn’t have any, then said we could have pool towels but needed to go get them ourselves, breakfast was a mess, no one cleaning or refilling the items that were out

Didn’t like my stay my thoughts the hotel was only 1 star

Many lights in room

Ac was not working and we had to switch rooms Then tv also did not work and WiFi was so slow and wasn’t working that well

I had no choice since I had paid already but would probably not stay here again.

Customer service wasn’t great, roach in the room

Decent location

Room had roaches. Front desk guy did not provide very good customer service, no conversation not very happy to be at work.

Anniversary get away!

The front desk person was very nice and friendly. I Love your breakfast choices.

The first room that I was given was not clean, so I had to go back to the desk and get a different one. The swimming pool was a little small, or maybe there was just a lot of people.

I didn't like that they have to charge your card before you get there then you get there they want to refund it and start the process all over again and charge again now I been charged twice and supposed to get a refund.Makes no sense.

Wish I had stayed elsewhere.

Location great…food good if there was anything left. People took extra plates to their room…not cool.

Cleanliness…there are roaches…bathrooms not very clean.

Very pleasant

Nice breakfast. Spacious room. Good parking areas. Nice and helpfull people on the lobby.

We found some little roaches but we understand due to humid weather. Lady working on Breakfast during the week days should improve a bit, the one on weekends perfect.
